If you are concerned about the large number of chemicals and additives in
milk, you may be tempted to give your family ³Hormone-Free² milk.
Unfortunately, there is no such thing! Hormone-Free milk is just a marketing
phrase for ³less hormones than chemically-saturated² milk. In fact, all body
fluids and flesh from any animal contains hormones. Steak, hamburger, pork
chops, milk, urine, etc. all contain hormones. What they are really
advertising is the fact that they don¹t add hormones to their cows to
artificially produce more milk. Any animal is a hormone-producing machine.
We make our own hormones constantly. We don¹t need cow¹s hormones in our
bodies as well!
However, this doesn¹t change the fact that milk hormones are bad for you. In
fact, just eating meat can be bad for you. Anytime you eat or drink an
animal, your body is assimilating that animal¹s hormones. The old saying,
³You are what you eat² never rang truer!
We¹ve made the point before that other animals don¹t drink milk once they
are weaned. And other animals certainly don¹t sit down and drink the milk of
other animals. Only we humans do that. Let¹s put it into perspective. Would
you sit down for a bowl of cereal and ask for a nice big squirt of breast
milk? Sounds sort of gross! But we do the same thing by feeding our children
cow¹s milk. And who doesn¹t love a big bowl of chocolate ice cream? Yum!
Frozen cow¹s milk!
So the question shouldn¹t be ³Is Hormone-Free Milk Better?² but rather
³Where are the hormones in my diet coming from?² If you want to grow to be a
cow, then certainly drink plenty of cow¹s milk and eat lots of beef. All
those cow and steer hormones will help you grow into a nice big bovine! But
as humans, we should steer (pun intended) away from animal hormones period.
There are plenty of other nutritional sources for proteins, vitamins, and
minerals that avoid the hormone problem all together. We¹ll look at other
plant-based foods in upcoming articles that will provide a healthy,
nutritional alternative to animal-based diets. For example, a diet rich in
spinach, broccoli, and other green vegetables, is better for you in the long
run than beef and dairy. You may even be surprised how much better you feel
once you eliminate meat from your diet and thus, reduce the amount of animal
hormones you are ingesting and assimilating.

If you have access to the internet, you have access to literally hundreds of thousands of public records at your disposal. You can find basically anything you want if you are willing to search for it, including free public records such as marriage certificates, unclaimed money information, property deeds and criminal records.
When we began to do public records searches we were amazed at how much information showed up. We began by searching for public records and quickly realized that we would need to narrow the search before we could even begin to weed through all of the information available on the web.
Therefore, our first tip for anyone beginning to search for public records on the internet is to be as specific as possible. This means you need to specify what type of record you want, state, city, dates or years and first, middle and last names as they pertain to your record’s search. Even being that specific, you will still be given a large number of options to choose from. For instance, when we searched for “criminal records Dallas Texas 2005 John Michael Smith” over 500,000 websites were identified. Obviously, many of these sites were not specifically geared towards public records, but you get the picture that you need to be specific.
Because public records are free, stay clear of sites that try to charge money you for a search or want to charge you for access to the records once they are found. Most of the time you could simply just hop in your car and drive to the local courthouse or vital statistics department to get the free records so there is no reason that you would need to pay for free records. It must be noted that public records are different then searches for people or people locaters and it is not unusual to expect to pay a fee for that service.
There are many sites that will help you narrow down your search, such as Locatepublicrecords.com and publicrecords.com. This helps you avoid some of the junk sites, sites that charge money and sites that don’t really pertain to a public records search. WE would suggest that you start at one of these sites to do a speedier search.
The next time you need a public record, want information about public deeds or are just a concerned neighbor wanting to know who is living in your area, you can turn to the internet. With a little searching, you can find the public records you need without having to leave the comfort of your house and standing in line with everyone else.

Do you ever wonder if you will really succeed with your
small business? You may have a number of special traits, but
how well developed are they? There are qualities of endeavor
and achievement that are common to successful business
owners. Ask yourself these questions to see if you have what
it takes.
1. How will the business affect your family? The first few
years of business start-up can be hard on family life. The
strain of an unsupportive spouse may be hard to balance
against the demands of starting a business. There also may
be financial difficulties until the business becomes
profitable, which could take months or years. You may have
to adjust to a lower standard of living or put family assets
at risk.
2. How will you support your family while building up your
business? This question must be worked out according to
each persons’ individual circumstances. Many people start
out on a part-time basis. Then when their incomes reach a
certain level they will switch over to full time. Granted,
if you take this “safer and surer” approach, it may take you
longer to reach the goals you set for your new business, but
you will save yourself (and those who depend on you
financially) a lot of anxiety. Ultimately, like the turtle
in the race who moved ahead slowly yet steadily, you will
have a greater chance of reaching the finish line.
3. How well do you get along with different personalities?
Business owners need to develop working relationships with a
variety of people including: customers; vendors, staff;
bankers; and professionals such as lawyers, accountants and
consultants. Can you deal with a demanding client, an
unreliable vendor or cranky staff person in the best
interest of your business?
4. How good are you at making decisions? Small business
owners are constantly required to make decisions under
pressure.
5. Do you have the physical and emotional stamina to run a
business? Business ownership can be challenging and
exciting. But it is also a lot of work. Can you face 12-hour
work days for six or seven days a week?
6. How well do you plan and organize? Research indicates
that many business failures could have been avoided through
better planning. Good organization of: financials;
inventory; schedules; production; can help avoid pitfalls.
7. Do you have the drive to maintain your motivation?
Running a business can wear you down. Some business owners
feel burned out by having to carry all the responsibility on
their shoulders. Strong motivation can help to survive
slowdowns, as well as periods of burnout.
8. Do you have the discipline to do what has to be done?
When working for someone else, it becomes routine to rise
early, be well-groomed and get to the office on time.
However, a significant number of people starting up a small
business at home all too often find themselves at 10:00 in
the morning in their bathrobes, drinking a second or third
cup of coffee.
Make no mistake, starting a successful small business is
hard work. BUT, it is also highly rewarding! Attack the
challenge head-on and success will be yours.

Nowadays, when you are thinking about accomplishing your hobbies generally consisting of model building, you couldn’t have missed the basic materials for it, which are called foam plastics. They can be used even in boat modeling, yet there are many things you should not forget when thinking about using them because there are several types, each one having different characteristics.
We can name three types of these foam plastics: the rigid Styrofoam, the rigid polyurethane foam and the beaded Styrofoam. The rigid Styrofoam and the rigid polyurethane foam have similar properties and can be given many shapes, while the beaded Styrofoam can be used only to shape angled and squared forms. You may recognize it whenever you buy an electrical device as this comes covered in the third type of the foam plastics: the beaded Styrofoam.
The second type of the foam plastics, the rigid polyurethane is a material of a light-brown color; it is alike the Rigid Styrofoam ,yet there are two main differences between them: this one will not dissolve whenever coated with polyester resin, and the second difference is that it is impossible to be cut with a hot wire cutter( a specific tool used by modelers in their work).
The first type of foam plastics, the rigid Styrofoam presents the opposite characteristics of the rigid polyurethane: it can easily be dissolved when coated with polyester resin and a hot wire cutter can be used to give different forms of this material. Moreover, the beaded
Styrofoam cannot be altered by means of carving but a hot wire cutter can be used to obtain carved shapes.
There were several doubts regarding the way you find these materials and the purpose of the article is also to clarify this aspect: the rigid polyurethane is generally sold in panels of 4X8 foot sheets; this is the case of the beaded Styrofoam too. The Rigid Styrofoam can be found in pink and blue(the pink type is less dense than the blue one and easier to carve with a hot wire cutter), its thickness being 1 or 2 inches.
In what concerns the price of the materials, you should know that Beaded Styrofoam is the cheapest as its properties are limited, while the Beaded Styrofoam is the most expensive(can be found only at commercial plastic suppliers). The rigid Styrofoam has a medium price as it combines the properties of the other two foam plastics: it can be sanded, carved, sawed or cut with the hot wire cutter mentioned above. This tool is similar to a scroll saw consisting of heated nichrome wire replacing the saw blade, enabling you to cut in any direction.
All in all, the three materials come in hand when performing your task: both advantageous and easy to work with, these foam plastics represent the key elements of model-building. In addition, the hot wire cutter is an advantage to your work as it can easily deal with the foam plastics and it is accessible to everyone. This way, the satisfaction of your work is guaranteed.

he cost of life insurance has changed drastically. The coupling of longer life expectancies and lower morbidity tables has resulted in some of the lowest premiums in recent history. It is a fact that seniors
are living longer, and insurance costs have been adjusted accordingly. What this means is that many current life insurance polices have become inefficient or outdated when compared to new issues that could be providing larger benefits with less premium.
Life settlements are becoming increasing popular as a exit strategy for seniors looking to shift or lapse their coverage. Life settlements are the transfer of ownership, beneficiary, and all future premium to a third party investor in exchange for a cash settlement. This system provides more that the cash surrender value of whole and universal life policies, but functions no differently than a 1035 exchange. For the seller, the only difference they experience is a much higher dollar amount for ending the coverage. One really exciting prospect with a life settlement is the ability to receive a settlement for a term policy that is going to be lapsed or ended. Term life insurance, normally though of to have no cash value, can be sold for a substantial percentage of the face amount, instead of lapsing the coverage for a total loss.
Most people who are hesitant to look into a life settlement are concerned about the impact on their
inheritance. Most people who buy life insurance have other family members or interests in mind while they struggle with the overbearing cost of large life insurance policy. However, the new ease of being reissued a much more manageable policy that will still cover their beneficiaries’ interests, and the possibility of receiving a substantial dollar amount on their current policy to use in enriching their own lives, is why the
life settlement industry has doubled in the last three years. http://www.TrinityFinancialLLC.com can provide more information on how the Life Settlement process works and evaluate on your current insurance situation.

Do you bear a passion for history? Are you interested in ancient architecture and temples? Do age-long and legendary activities beckon you? If so, then you must definitely explore the ancient lands of Rome, at least once in your lifetime.
With an area of about 150 square kilometers, and a population of 3.8 million, Rome still stands tall in the vast field of world history. Whenever we come across Rome, Etruscan tombs, Republican meeting rooms, Imperial temples, ancient Christian churches, medieval bell towers, Renaissance palaces, and Baroque basilicas strike the core of our mind and we enter the superficial world of history and architecture. Rome takes us through the pages of history.
Rome is situated halfway down Italy’s western coast, about 20 kilometers inland. Rome is a large city, though the historical area is quite small. A majority of the Rome historical sights are restricted within a reasonable distance of the central railway station, Stazione Termini. All the main Rome monuments are situated west of the train station in Rome. However, it is always advisable to use the map of Rome, once you arrive in Rome.
Attractions
The central attractions of Rome are the Palatine Hill and the Forum. Via Del Corso is located north from the Forum to Piazza Del Popolo, accompanied by Spanish steps and the Trevi Fountain on the east. The Vatican in Rome is situated northwest of the Forum, across the River Tiber in Rome.
Rome offers a great deal of pleasure with the likes of the arrogance of the Vatican, the immemorial haunting memories of the Coliseum or the sheer thrill of going back to centuries ago of timeless history.
Rome offers you a wide range of excitement, adventure, and enjoyment. The thrill and sheer experience of Rome is very distinctive and unique. Rome gives you the liberty to thrive on wine, architecture, history, and sunshine.

Invitations are the first thing your guests will see to represent your wedding, and although it’s not an area where you want to spend too much, it is a place to make a statement. Here’s what you need to know about wedding invitations.
The actual invitation should set the tone of your wedding and match the color and theme. Whether it’s an ultra formal affair or a backyard barbecue, your invitation should reflect that. Many couples include monograms or logos that are repeated other places in the wedding and reception as well.
A stationer can print more than just wedding invitations. You can get reply cards, reception cards, thank you cards, wedding programs, menus, and place cards. If you order them all at once, you can not only get a discount, but can make sure they coordinate well together. This takes planning, but is a good way to save time and money.
You should order all of your cards three or four months before the wedding to allow time for corrections if necessary. This also leaves you extra time to address all the invitations. Order extras of everything, especially invitations and envelopes. You’ll need extra for mistakes or last minute guest list additions.
When you get the proof version of your invitation and enclosure cards, read them carefully, and then read it again! Have someone else read it to make sure you aren’t overlooking an error. Check all spelling, dates, times, and locations. Making corrections after invitations have been printed is very costly.
Traditionally invitations should be hand addressed rather than printed from a computer. You can hire a calligrapher to address envelopes if you have the budget for it, or have fun by scheduling a party to assemble and address invitations. Take a complete invitation to the post office ahead of time to have it weighed to attach the right amount of postage.
Invitations should be mailed about six weeks before the wedding. Selecting invitations you love and mailing them to your guests will begin to create a sense of anticipation, so they will be eager to see what other beautiful things you have in store.

Many people have asked why we spend so much time encouraging people to prepare their house and family for their plastic surgery. After all, the house isn’t getting a little nip or tuck and the family isn’t getting the face lift, you are. So why spend so much time worrying about preparing other things for your plastic surgery instead of concentrating on your self? The answer is, that by taking the time to prepare for the surgery, you are taking care of yourself in the end. After the surgery, you won’t have to worry about anyone or anything other than yourself and your recovery.
The first thing we want clients to do is to get their house in order. This means clean it from top to bottom or get someone to help you clean so you don’t overexert yourself. Dust, vaccum, clean the bathrooms, sort through the piles and put things away. When you come home from your surgery, you want the house to be in order so you don’t have to worry about any of these things.
Do all of your “chores” before surgery that you would need to tackle over at least two weeks following your surgery. This means paying your bills, going for groceries, stocking the refrigerator with easy cook meals, filling the car up with gas, going through emails and any other daily activity that you can think of that you might not feel like doing while you are at home recovering.
Take time to make your recovery room comfortable. Pick an area of the house that is going to work best for you. If your bedroom is on the second floor, you might want to consider setting up in a kid’s room, the guest room or even the family room. Have calming stuff around you: a relaxation cd, candles, pictures of your family or flowers. Put a mirror next to your bed to check your process. Lotion, ointment and medicines should be easily accessible to you. Anything that you think you might need while you are in bed should be close by so you can relax and recuperate.
These are just a few suggestions. Everyone’s lifestyle and needs are different. Basically, anything that you can think of that would help you recover from your plastic surgery in a calming environment free of stress is what you should take care of ahead of time. Don’t be afraid to ask friends or family for help. A little preparation ahead of time on your house makes for a much smoother recovery after the surgery. And don’t ever forget to ask your physician about any health related changes you are considering making.

It seems that the general consensus is that milk is good for you. From supermodels to professional athletes with milk mustaches, “milk does a body good.” But does it really?
No, it doesn’t! Milk is not meant to be consumed once we have been weaned. But we have these millions of cows around producing milk so what else are we supposed to do with all this excess milk except to pawn it off on the unknowing consumer? Milk, was created for the sole purpose of providing a newborn with quick access to nourishment to help in its development until it is ready for solid foods. Once a baby has been weaned there is no further need for milk. In fact, in all mammals, once an infant has been weaned, the mother stops producing milk. The only case where this is not true is with dairy cows that are forced to provide milk. In fact, once a calf has been weaned, a cow will not drink milk! We don’t see wolves in the wild drinking milk, nor squirrels, nor rabbits. In fact, humans are the only mammals that continue to drink milk after they have been weaned! And we don’t even drink human milk! We drink the milk from a cow! How preposterous! Why cows? Because they are large animals, docile, and they can produce lots of milk.
We could just as easily be drinking dog’s milk, or cat’s milk, or rabbit’s milk. Except that you’d need a lot of cats or rabbits to produce enough milk to pour over your cereal or to make a half-gallon of ice cream.
In fact, cow’s milk isn’t even close to human milk when it comes to ingredients. Human babies are unique in that they require large amounts of linoleic acid. Mother’s milk contains large amounts of linoleic acid. It helps baby’s brain grow and helps the baby develop. Mother’s milk has six to ten times the amount of linoleic acid! And to make matters worse, skim milk from a cow has no linoleic acid! So much for giving your baby a head start!
There are also marked difference in the protein and mineral content of mother’s milk vs. cow’s milk. Cow’s milk has much more protein than mother’s milk. This is because a calf needs to grow into a cow! A human baby needs to grow into a toddler, not a cow! In fact, cow’s milk has three to four times more protein than a human baby needs. Cow’s milk also have five to seven times more minerals than mother’s milk. Again, that little calf needs to grow into a healthy cow or steer. Our little babies only need to grow into little children, not big heifers!
So milk is not milk! Nature designed milk to be animal-specific. Cow’s milk is perfect for a calf to grow into a cow; cat’s milk is perfect for her little kittens; dog’s milk is just right for puppies; and of course, mother’s milk is perfectly designed for little babies.

Fasting, in its simplest definition, is giving up anything for a specific period of time. Typically, we think of fasting as is in giving up food or water as in a fasting diet. In this regard, there are basically three types of fasts: a total fast in which you give up all food and water, a water fast, in which you give up all food and drink only water, and a juice fast, in which you give up solid foods but drink only fresh juices.
There are different reasons for fasting as well. The three main reasons for fasting are:
1. Weight loss. This type of fasts has the end goal of losing weight. If you take in less calories than you burn, the end result should be weight loss. So if you give up solid foods for let’s say a week or so, and drink only juice and water, you should be able to lose a fair amount of weight. This is the theory behind weight-loss fasting. Obviously, weight-loss fasting should not be attempted, or started, without first consulting a medical professional.
2. Religion. Most religious texts including the Bible, refer to fasting and prayer. Fasting, is a way to show obedience and faithfulness to God. When we fast, we are sacrificing our carnal instinct to heat and drink. This is pleasing to God. Also, when we fast, it alters our mind. This is said by some to cause a deeper relationship with God. In the Old Testament, many times God’s chosen people were called to fasting and prayer. There are many examples where God answered the prayers of his people when they fasted and pray to him.
3. Health. They held fast typically involves either a water fast or a juice fast. With this type of fast, solid foods are given out for a set period of time sometimes as long as several weeks. The only substance allowed to enter the body would be pure water or fresh fruit and vegetable juices. This has the healthful benefit of cleansing the body and eliminating toxins that have built up in the intestinal tract. When water fasting, typically distilled water is used. Never use faucet or tap water when water fasting. Tap water contains harmful chemicals that can cause more damage when you are fasting. This is because the only liquid entering the body is water it is assimilated very quickly. This causes the harmful chemicals to be rapidly absorbed as well. Distilled water contains no harmful chemicals or bacteria and in fact, can pull harmful toxins out of the body.
Whatever the reason, fasting can be a healthy choice for your body, soul, and mind. Whether your goal is weight-loss, health, or a deeper relationship with God, a fast can be a beneficial activity to try. The most important thing about fasting, is to not give up. The first couple of hours of fast are the most difficult ones. Even two to three hours without food can seem like an eternity we are used to eating at any time. We live in a society where food is easily and readily available. When we deprive our bodies of this food, it can cause severe mental distress. However, the body will adjust to your fast. Just give it time and remember that your mind is what is craving the food. Your body can survive several days without food. Once you get past this initial thought, your fast can be an enjoyable and healthful benefit.
