This took place on November 1st at the Will Rogers Memorial Stadium in Ft. Worth, Tx. The John Justin Arena was the center of events from October 26th through November 3rd. This 9 day yearly event comprises the ultimate culmination, in an assortment of horse competition for the Appaloosa breed. These two World Champions were born and bred Byhalia Mississippians. They represent the newest standard in genetics for the appaloosa breed. They were presented by Monte Horn, a resident of Terry MS.,and owned by Bob and Ruth Meucci.

Monte Horn is a 3rd generation horseman and his pretty wife Anna’s family originally hails from Louisiana, and is only the second generation of people ” hooked on horses”. Monte is a well known trainer in the Quarter Horse, Paint, and Palomino breeds, most notably for his connection with the prestigious “HECK YEA” Quarter Horse Ranch.

Transcendant, is the name of the 2007 World Champion Open Halter colt. He is by multiple medallion winning sire; Al Bay B. This is a 17hh, son of a popular sire of leading sires; ” All Inclusive”, who is now deceased. Al Bay B is owned by Ronald Dominque of LaFayette, Louisiana, and has been standing at Meucci Ranch for the last two years. Transcendant, owned by Meucci Ranch is out of Awe Sum Maid, Reserve World, and Reserve National Champion by Awe Striker. Awe Striker is a Mississippi born and bred leading sires list stallion, medallion winner, and multiple medallion producer. He is owned and standing at Meucci Ranch.

Awe Candy Girl, is the name of the 2007 World Champion Open Halter Filly. She is by Awe Striker, reversely…out of an own daughter of All Inclusive. Both World Champions are born, bred, and owned by Meucci Ranch.

influences and experiences. E.g if you’ve been told as a

subconsciously as a fact. This is your inherent belief

motivation and did whatever it was you set out to do.

Run through that event and make the pictures bigger,
brighter and more colourful. Feel what you felt and suck
that motivation into your body as if you were there now,
doing it again for the first time.

Make the emotions stronger and stronger, and keep building
up the feeling of taking action and successfully doing what
you set out to do. Run the story through your mind several
times, each time building the momentum.

Now, as your motivation builds up, rub the palm of your
dominant hand on your thigh. As you do so, think about even
more occasions when you were highly motivated and increase
those sensations even further.

Keep rubbing your thigh, and know that whenever you want to
call upon that highly motivated feeling, all you have to do
is rub your thigh.

Finally, while still rubbing your thigh, think about your
most important BIG goal and all of the smaller goals you
must complete to make it. Imagine reaching them with
everything going well, reaching that big goal right on your
deadline.

Can you see what we’re doing here? We are taking your
motivation – which you clearly have – and adding it first
to the motion of rubbing your palm on your thigh, and
secondly adding that motivation to the thought processes of
reaching your most important goal.

Now the great thing is that you can do that exercise for
every goal you set yourself. By imagining it all going
perfectly well and reaching every goal on time, you’re
increasing your self-belief and getting your motivation
flowing around your body.

And when you’re highly motivated and you take action on
that motivation then you’re much more likely to reach your
smaller goals which, in turn, breeds even more motivation.

If it helps, do that exercise a few times. You’ll soon feel
incredibly motivated and, when your motivation starts to
subside, rub your palm on your thigh to start bringing back
all of those amazin*g motivational feelings!

And if at any point in the future you find your
rub-your-thigh motivational trigger subsiding, simply do
the entire exercise again.

It is no secret that large mortgage lenders and mortgage servicing companies function more like enormous government bureaucracies than anything else. Homeowners who have had foreclosure proceedings unjustly initiated against them, though, should know some legal tactics they can use to fight back against the process, whether they are actually behind on their mortgages or are the victim of a tragic mistake.

In most foreclosure cases, it would probably be best for the homeowners to hire an attorney to file any necessary paperwork with the courts. The main reason for considering this is that every state and county and court has its own rules of evidence and rules of procedure, and not following these rules can mean the homeowners’ paperwork is thrown out on some technicality, which would allow the bank to continue the unjust foreclosure. Getting the paperwork right and following the procedures correctly can mean the difference between winning and losing the case and winning and losing the home.

But one legal action may be getting an injunction against the bank for any further foreclosure proceedings until a hearing is scheduled to determine the merits of the case. This prevents the bank from trying to collect further payments, send representatives to drive by the house, send appraisers to determine a value, or ask the sheriff to change the locks. In effect, it protects the homeowners from further loss or harm during the legal process of foreclosure.

But again, these actions should be taken only if the homeowners understand the rules of the court. If they do not understand the rules, then they may want to hire an experienced attorney to file the paperwork for them, or to show them how it should be filed. Attorneys can be hired as “coaches,” in some cases, just giving advice on how to file motions and argue cases. That might be appropriate for some homeowners who wish to defend themselves in court, but can not afford the higher fees of having the lawyer take over the case completely.
