Importance of Health
“Health is Wealth†– This is a very well said proverb, universal truth for every person living anywhere in the world irrespective of any factors. Even in this damn economic world people are aware with the benefits of a healthy body and mind. They care for their health more than earlier days. Nutrition is among key priorities for elderly, young and kids.
Need for Healthy Diet
For a good health, you need to have healthy and nutritious diet, that too on time regularly. A good diet is important for good health. A healthy and nutritious diet can help to maintain a healthy body weight and reduce the risk of a number of diseases including heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis or malnutrition.
What is Healthy Diet
A balance and healthy diet consists of all required components essential for body. A diet based on cereals, breads, potatoes, fruits and vegetables is a healthy and balanced diet. That also includes limited amounts of dairy products (like milk, butter, cheese and curd), meat, and limited amount of fat or sugar ingredients.
No single food can provide all the essential nutrients that the body needs. Therefore, it is important to consume a wide variety of foods to provide adequate intakes of vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre, which are important for health. When fresh fruits and vegetables are unavailable, canned goods can be a healthy alternative to fulfill the need for adequate intake.
Guidelines for a healthy diet:
1. Eat a variety of different foods, several times a day
2. Follow principle of light and frequent eating policy
3. Eat plenty of foods rich in starch and fibre
4. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and green vegetables
5. Avoid food with high fat ratio
6. Limit food and drinks with sugar too often
7. If you are a drinker, drink alcohol sensibly
8. Drink sufficient amount of water several times a day
9. Limit excess intake of coffee and tea
If you follow above guidelines, and take care of your healthy diet needs, you’ll reduce your chances of being ill or malnutrition. Remember a healthy and peaceful mind resides inside a healthy body. So, keep yourself healthy and full your life with yours and your loved one’s cheers.

The pathway of the business world is littered with business ideas that never came to fruition because of insufficient financing. Business funding is the lifeblood of both a startup or an expansion project and each endeavor is dependent on the entrepreneur locating a viable source for obtaining funding. For many people, Find That Money is their avenue for a successful journey to find business funding.
Poor business financing plans can lead to ruin for an entrepreneur
A widely accepted view is that approximately 80% of all new businesses started each year will fail within the first two years after inception. While a certain percentage of these failures can be traced to mismanagement, many are the product of poor financial planning by the entrepreneur. It is sad but true that many times insufficient business funding is the fatal aspect that dooms an enterprise and ruins the dreams of an otherwise intelligent entrepreneur.
The key for any entrepreneur starting a new company or expanding an existing operation is planning. Identifying tangible expenses (such as buildings, payroll, equipment, etc.) only provides a portion of the equation for calculating business funding costs. In addition, an entrepreneur must identify the intangible costs as well, including such items as marketing, legal fees and project overruns. These types of items present the problems to the overall startup costs as buildings and equipment, but they often go undetected by the entrepreneur until they have consumed the investment and threaten to crush the business.
Find That Money – where entrepreneurs can find business funding
Once an entrepreneur has accurately planned the operations and requirements for business funding, knowing where to locate that funding becomes the critical operation. For a growing number of entrepreneurs, finding their business funding has led them to the Internet and to Find That Money. With the simplicity and power of this website, people interested starting or expanding businesses have found a way of meeting the objectives they have and discovering the business funding to get to the next level.
Many businesses never make it past their first few years due to a variety of reasons. When a consumer buys a product or avail of a particular service, what is the basis for his or her buying decision? Is it based on their need and want? Is it something that they saw and was attracted to the marketing tool such as the advertising booklet or the full color newsletter? Or is it something more? Does a client base his or her buying decision on certain requirements?
When we talk about a sale, as marketers and business owners, we always look at what drives our target market to buy a particular product. Because when we know what makes our clients tick, we would surely be able to draw them to try our products.
With so many things vying for your clients’ attention everyday, it would probably be very difficult for you to attract them and make them notice your business. Just imagine that there are not just a hundred choices, but a thousand options for our clients to choose from. From the cereal they eat at breakfast, to the toothpaste they use before they go to bed – there is a huge abundance of offers in the market, not to mention that all these products have the same features and benefits. With an overwhelming list of similar merchandise, it is not surprising therefore that something unique and different would most likely get noticed by your target clients. What’s more, once this unique quality gets into the marketplace, almost everyone would be trying to develop the same product – but at a lower price.
So how can you become a stand out that your target market would choose you? What makes your clients decide to buy your product? What makes you different from the rest of your competition? What drives a sale?
It’s all about customer service – positive customer service, that is. This means that your audience was so satisfied with the kind of service you provided, from the start of your marketing campaign until the time that they actually experienced your type of service. It’s in the advertising booklets you had for your marketing campaign, or even the full color materials you produced with a professional newsletter printing company. It’s in the way you dress to impress, and the way you deliver your promise. All of these things contribute to your closing a sale with your clients and prospects.
These are the components of what will help you make a prospect become definite buyers of your products. It is the positive experience for that particular client from the time you reached out to them, till the time they end their deal with you.
If these experiences provide that special something that they’re looking for, most likely that your brand and customer service would be successful in getting you the leads you need to grow your business. And what gets you the buying clients to boost your sale is the relationship that you build with your clients that will keep them coming back for more.

A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures in the doctor s book (Irish Proverb). However, getting to sleep is sometimes the problem. With all our pressures, problems and pains of everyday living, it is no wonder that millions suffer from sleep disorders. According to a national survey, 54% of adults said they have experienced insomnia at one time or another. Additionally, back pain, neck stiffness, muscle injuries and menopause can add to sleeplessness.
Today, pillows are not just something fluffy to place beneath our head at night. They are chiropractor approved, sleep doctor designed and specifically created to assist in pain relief, snoring cessation, spinal alignment, neck support, headache relief, joint strain pain, arthritis relief, sleep apnea and much more, while accommodating and stabilizing injuries and conditions. The basic sleeping pillow filled with foam or feathers is a thing of the past.
The fillings for pillows have also changed. Feathers and foam are still available, but new materials have been introduced such as buckwheat hulls, mustard seeds, memory foam and new types of fiber. Added to that are pillows filled with air and/or water and magnetic therapy pillows. These different surfaces provide different types and levels of support for the body and can, over time, heal and correct certain conditions such as degenerative discs, sleep apnea, snoring, insomnia, etc.
How often have you had to punch your pillow into a shape that supports your neck and is comfortable for sleeping? Most of us have had to do this at one time or another. Now, pillows are available in a variety of sizes and shapes. Listed below are a few specific pillows designed to aid sleep:
• Econo Wave Pillow: this pillow has a wavy surface to allow air to circulate while soothing and supporting the neck.
• Buckwheat Hull or Mustard Seed Pillows: these pillows can conform to any shape, come in a multitude of sizes, provide air circulation, help reduce stiff neck and insomnia and come in a variety of scents. Mustard seeds are also believed to relieve backache, joint pain, muscle aches, rheumatism or migraine headaches, while buckwheat hulls provide support and cooling of the head and neck and can help reduce stiff neck and insomnia.
• Air Core Adjustable Pillow: a cervical fiber pillow with a trapezoid shaped center that adjusts the level of support using an air pump and can reduce snoring by correcting blocked airways.
• AquaCore 3 in 1 Pillow: This pillow consists of fiber, resilient foam, plus and easy, fill to your level water cushion that addresses the cause of pain and restores proper neck curvature.
• Leg Spacer: This specialty pillow helps relieve pressure and strain on the lower back, knees and ankles and helps relax muscles while sleeping by placing the pillow between your knees.
• Headache Ice Pillo: This pillow uses medically recommended cold therapy in treating dull, moderate and severe tension or migraine headaches.
• Dreamzz Magnetic Sleeping Pillow: Get a great sleep and wake up refreshed while sleeping on this pillow that produces a calming therapeutic magnetic field that soothes away tension and stress while sleeping.
Pillows are also available for neck support, back support and headache relief:
• The Magnetic Lumbar Pillow is a half roll foam pillow that relieves pain due to muscle strains, sprains, sciatica and herniated discs by delivering a deep penetrating bio north magnetic field.
• The Jackson Roll is a versatile fiber filled support pillow that provides comfort and support for muscle and joint pain, as well as adding curvature to your spine. (I can personally attest that this works to help relieve the pain of degenerative discs.)
• The Soothe A Ciser foam pillow helps relieve headaches and neck pain.
These are just a few of the pillows offered on the market today, along with many others that address specific conditions or injuries. The response of the public to these specialty pillows has been tremendous and will grow in popularity as sleep conditions, sleep disorders and aches and pains multiply. Also, these pillows provide a noninvasive method of relieving and perhaps eliminating pain without medication or surgery.

In late 2000, I bought a piece of property that was used as a farm for the past three generations. And even though just under six acres, was one of the prettiest pieces of land you ever laid eyes on. One half of the property is wooded and the remainder is rolling hills. At the westernmost section of the land runs a bubbling brook fed by a gushing spring. The water in that spring is crystal clear, fresh, and cool, all year round.
My wife and I borrowed my families RV and moved onto the property that same year with all intentions of building an English Style Tudor home on the front side of the property.
I’m an architectural designer by trade and had spent months laying out my wife’s dream home. (OK, I admit it was mine too!) It was going to be built using trees off the land that I spent six weeks cutting down and shaping into 8″ x 8″ beams with my chain saw.
Then we hit a snag. The place where we were to build our dream home sat too close to the power lines that ran across the front of the property. Sure, I could get the utility board to move them, but not at their expense. I’d have to pay for the entire shooting match and that just wasn’t in the budget.
By the time we got the news about the power lines, we had already spent nine weeks in that old RV and to be honest, it was getting sort of cramped seeing that three of our five children were still living at home. I don’t care how big the RV is, if there is a 5 year old, two young teens, and two adults packed in it, life gets interesting. My wife’s nerves were getting a bit frazzled and to be honest, so were mine.
On our farm, the only other suitable place to build sat the most beautiful old barn you ever laid eyes on. 64′ wide by 30′ deep. This barn had good solid construction with 6″ x 6″ columns, true 2″ x 6″ girts and rafters, 1″ x 10″ & 12″ planking on the walls and lofts floors. All rough sawn and true size. This building was nearly a century old and twice as solid as modern structures today.
When I got the news about the house, I tried to break it to my wife as easy as possible so I took her out for a moon light stroll. You know, one of those romantic type walks that women just seem to get all gushy about. On our stroll we walked up to the barn where I had stored all those beams I had made to keep them in the dry until needed.
Sweety, I said. “We can’t build the house right now. If I have to clear land to build it, there will be another three to four month wait before I can even start construction.” Then, off the cuff I said; “Maybe I could build us an apartment in the barn until I can start on the house.” Her eyes lit up and she asked me; “How long would it take to build?” I thought for a second and decided it would take probably a month to complete.
Her excitement returned and seeing her face light up like that spurred me on to swinging a hammer. I selected the widest open part of the barn and started the construction. I’m glad I had the utility board hook power up to the barn as it really made life easier to use my power tools.
I visited our local saw mill and bought as much raw lumber as I could. First I constructed a new loft area using some of the beams I had cut out, then using those same beams, started cutting out stairs. Next I enclosed the face of the opening with native rock and mortar at about three feet tall and then a wood wall on top of that.
I built the floor to the Living Room and Den and then started framing the Kitchen which would protrude out of the back of the barn. Next, the loft I had previously built became mine and my wife’s bedroom. From there I opened an area into the existing loft and started building the bathroom and two other bedrooms.
It has been close to eight years now and that barn apartment has become a full blown home complete with five Bedrooms, a Living Room, Den/Dining Room, Kitchen, Full Bathroom, Study, Sunroom/Laundry, Sewing Room, and a Garage. We haven’t even used up a third of the barn yet and our square footage is already around 2064 sq. ft. of heated area. That square footage doesn’t include the Garage, or Woodshop. The Garage is 13′-4″ by 20′ and the Wood Shop is the same size.
If you are planning to convert an outbuilding or barn into a home, you are in for a treat. Not only is there a rustic beauty but a whole bunch of possibilities for layout and use.
Tim Davis is a veteran Architectural Designer who also teaches architectural drafting over the internet at http://houseplandrafting101.com He has a website devoted entirely to the subject of barn conversion which has a message board for discussing alternative construction methods at http://draftingservice.us/barnhomes

With the amount of different policies in the Life Insurance market, you probably aren’t aware that there are just 4 main types. They will vary from company to company and state to state, but, on the whole there are four defined types of Life Insurance policies. These are:
- Whole Life Insurance
- Term Life Insurance
- Variable Life Insurance
- Universal Life Insurance
Whole Life Insurance
Whole Life Insurance and Term Life Insurance (see below) policies are very similar. The main difference is that if you choose to take up a whole life insurance policy, then this policy will cover you fro your whole life and not a fixed amount of time. Your premium will be at a fixed amount when the policy starts and the life insurance company that you are paying will generally invest a percentage of your monthly premiums, this is in a number of areas including stocks and bonds. Some companies actually share the proceeds of the investment and issue a dividend to the policy holder each year, but this is become less common in new policies.
One main disadvantage to having a whole life policy is that it isn’t useful to you when you retire, and that you will still have to continue paying the premiums into your old age. Additionally, as you get older you may develop illnesses or other dependant costs and payments, which this policy doesn’t take into account. So, if you started your policy at age 25 and ended up retiring at 60 with 12 children, 2 houses and 3 mortgages, the policy would still treat you as if you were single and have no assets as you were at 25. So, when you die the pay-out to your family is generally lower than what they need to pay any bills and funeral costs. Recently, however, many insurance companies have looked at the whole life policy and adapted it with other policies to meet the needs of the policy holder, and to meet the changing market.
Term Life Insurance
Term Life Insurance is considered to be the most simplest of Life Insurance policies and so has become the most popular. The policy will run for a fixed amount of time, say 5, 10, or even 20+ years – it will also have a monthly premium at a fixed price too. Should the policy owner die during its period then the nominated beneficiary will be paid the full rate of the policy. The company will not invest any of the money for policy holder gain and will act as a deposit account to ‘save’ the money should the policy holder die.
Many term this type of policy to be 100% risk free, but, if the holder of the policy is still alive when the policy expires then all premiums and monies paid into the policy will be kept by the insurance company. So, this policy simply protects the holders family from paying for bills etc should the person suddenly die during the period of the policy – this is why many of the policies that are available on these terms have very low premiums.
If you have one of these policies and it comes to the end of its term, then you do have the option to renew it, however, you will need to pay a revised premium and many times this cost will be more than double the price of your current premium – causing it to be a major disadvantage in this type of policy.
Variable Life Policy
This type of policy involves the wider selection of different investment products, such as stock funds, and is one of the more popular types of life insurance policies for people to take due to its ability to be adaptable to many people in different situations. Operating similar to a universal policy (see below), holders will receive a return on investment from money that the life insurance firm has paid out to stock funds. With these types of policies, you are able to mix a variable amount from different policies and beneficiaries receive the full face value of the policy and generally a cash payment from the ‘account’ where funds have accrued.
Universal Life Policy
A Universal Life Policy is generally added to the Variable Life Policy types above, but it does have some unique elements that makes it a life insurance policy in its own right – policy holders can choose their investment type, whether stock, bonds, or mortgages. The insured person also decides on the insurance amount to be covered by and the company helps them make the decision of where to invest. A cash value is put on the investment and any dividends earned are paid into the ‘account’ of the policy. This means that any premiums paid into the ‘account’ can be set against the premiums that the policy holder pays, or can be left to accrue for years to come.
So, you now have all the information you need on the different types of life insurance policies that you can take out. The main point here is to go and do some more research on which one is best for you!
Nick Sanders is an online life insurance policy specialist. He blogs over at http://www.lifeinsurance-info.com about universal life insurance and cheap life insurance quotes that are useful to both men and women who want valuable information on what they need to look for in a life insurance policy.

With developments in science and the cosmetics industry, there are now five different types of product that help you fight the acts of aging; anti aging serum is amongst the best. Serum works by enhancing your body’s production of collagen which makes your skin become taut and relaxed. Great results come from using the product after about four weeks, although after a week you will notice some changes that will be significant for both yourself and others to notice.
4 Anti aging ingredients that help reverse aging
1. Anti aging Serum – this isn’t number one because its the best, but more because of its ease of use and many people who have used products that contain the serum have noticed very good results. Anti aging serum that works the best will generally contain retinal and vitamin A, which will help your skin form and look beautiful in a matter of weeks.
2. Peptides – being number two, they have a right to be closely ranked behind anti aging serum. Peptides are reactants that tell your body to make more collagen, which helps your skin become more supple and relaxed, but tightens at the same time, making your skin look and feel better with every cream application you make. Applications should be applied regularly, however, as if you reduce the amount (or stop totally) the applications of the skin care cream, then your skin will probably also stop doing the lovely things that it has been doing.
3. Vitamin C – For centuries, vitamin C has been termed a great vitamin to help in the fight against aging skin. It is considered by many to be one hundred times more effective than other elements when fighting free radicals (free radicals are bad and cause your skin to age), with its ability to be over 20 times as powerful as vitamin E, when looking at the promotion and care of your beautiful skin. If you find this in an anti aging serum product, then you have a product that will work wonders fro your ongoing skin care, as the epigallocathechin (mainly found in green tea) acts as a freedom fighter against the signs of aging and so promotes the appearance of your skin.
4. Ani-Botox peptides – another peptide element which will help your skin. You may know it as its common term of argireline, which will provide your skin with an instant face lift, but without the need for any needles. The results show the same outcomes as Botox – so, your muscles will be relaxed and contracted to remove the wrinkles from those nasty line areas. Like any other product, the longer you use this, the better results you will have, with trials in various clinics across the country showing that this type of treatment showed that 100% of people had a 30% reduction of wrinkles on their skin in under 4 weeks of use – simply amazing.
Overall, Vitamin C is probably the best and most commonly know ingredient that can be used to tackle free radicals in your skin. This vitamin is found in many forms of concentrated anti aging serum capsules, and in most test has shown to be the best combination in a capsule to combat the anti aging process.
Julia Goldberg is an online anti aging specialist. She blogs over at http://www.antiaging-healthonline.com about anti aging skin care and anti aging products that are useful to men and women who want valuable information on caring from their skin.

The diversity of natural beauty is easily understandable, for example in India there are places with extreme hot climate, temperate climate zone, as well as glaciers full of ice surrounding by the areas with several degrees low temperature than freezing point. The country has abundance of beaches, desert, and mountain ranges ideal for trekking or mountaineering. This kind of natural diversity attracts people (tourists).

Tourists can be classified as two categories:

It can be for pilgrimage, in search of adventurous places, learning prospects, official tours, spending vacation or for health related issues. Global tourists are more important because they help in growth of foreign currency strength.
2. Local Tourist – Local tourists are those people who come from other parts of country with similar purposes as that of global tourists.
Tourism can be categorized as:
1. Pilgrimage – In every country there are some very famous places of pilgrim’s interest of different religions. People visit these places from all around the world. Online marketing or advertisements are making space of their own. Currently, with the growing popularity of Internet and online services, more and more people are using internet, resulting a huge market potential of online marketing and advertising. Online marketing also known as e-marketing, is the marketing of products or services over the Internet. The Internet has brought many unique benefits to marketing like low cost of information distribution and lesser cost in addressing global audience. Internet provides interactive approach, instant response and and better returns of investments, these are unique qualities of this popular medium of marketing and advertising.
Online marketing integrates creative and technical aspects of the internet. One can put his presence online with interactivity having proper attention to their services and products. Online marketing is not just ‘having a website’ or ‘building a website’ or ‘promoting a website’. Online marketing is different from off-line marketing, following characteristics differentiate them:
1. One-to-one vs. one-to-many approach: The targeted user is typically browsing the Internet on their own, and the marketing messages reach them personally. This can be very clearly seen in search marketing, where the users find advertisements targeted to specific keywords that the users asked for.
2. Demographics targeting vs. behavioral targeting: Off-line marketers typically segment their markets according to age group, sex, geography, and other general factors. Online marketers have the luxury of targeting by activity. This is a deeper form of targeting, since the advertiser knows that the target audience is people who do a certain activity instead of just expecting that a certain group of people will like their new product or service.
3. Measurability: Almost all aspects of an online campaign can be traced, measured, and tested. The advertisers either pay per banner impression (CPM), pay per click (PPC), or pay per action accomplished. Therefore, it is easy to understand which messages or offering are more appealing to the audience.
4. Response and immediate results: Since the online marketing initiatives usually require users to click on the message, go to a website, and perform a targeted action, the results of campaigns are immediately measured and tracked.
Online marketing is relatively cheaper than other means of marketing. Companies can reach a wide audience for a small fraction of traditional advertising budgets. The nature of the medium allows consumers to research and purchase products and services at their own convenience: An online marketing campaign puts an organization’s message in front of consumers precisely when they want it.

Now that you have the three major components you need in your quest of mastering your mind power, these questions might come to you, “What do I do now? Where do I start?”
Both are great questions; but before I give you my answer, or more truthfully, my suggestion, I’d like you to drift back in your imagination to the day of birth. I’d like you to also imagine that you’re being born into a family that’s among what I call the “five percenters,” that 5% of the population that understands how the mind works and knows the importance of filling your clean-slate mind with positive, nurturing, success-producing thoughts, ideas and images.
Your parents know that by instilling positive, wealth-building beliefs into your mind, your life-long, consistent thought patterns will grow. They would teach you that these are the kinds of thought patterns that will allow you to do, to have, and to be what you want during your life span. They would tell you that by consistently controlling and mastering your thoughts and beliefs, you will control and master your mind power, and therefore your life.
Your parents would also teach you how to identify thoughts, ideas, images, and beliefs that will not allow you to do, to have, and to be what you want during your life. They would teach you how to not allow those negative thoughts, ideas, images, and beliefs to become your consistent thoughts, by training your mind to not focus on them and to especially not feed them with your emotional energy. They would say that you should acknowledge them for what they are, quickly dismiss them, and turn your focus to their opposite; the things, conditions, and circumstances you want to experience.
Now, chances are you were not born to parents like those. Your life was probably like most people born into the 95% of the population. You can get a glimpse of that life in a previous article entitled, Your Mind Power – Who Is In Control Of It?
The consequences for you is by the time you even begin to consider going after more of the things, conditions, and circumstances you want from life, your mind is so filled with thoughts, ideas, images, and beliefs that have become your consistent thoughts and bring you so much of what you do not want that you simply do not believe that life can be better for you.
Over time, you build up an inventory of thoughts, images, feelings, habits, beliefs, actions, and even abilities, the sum total of which makes up your self-image. This self-image is your blueprint or the picture of yourself. Your self-image forms your perceptions of “who you are” or “the sort person you are”. Here then is your single greatest challenge to mastering your mind power, your self-image.
Here is something I know for sure, however, you can claim or re-claim control of your own mind power. You are the most miraculous of all living beings on earth. You are the owner of a mind that is so stupendous, that as you truly begin mastering your mind power and consciously using it, there is no dream that you can dream that you cannot achieve.

I’m going to give you 5 practical tips to turn your body into a fat-burning machine – information that you can take with you and implement on a daily basis, both in and out of the gym or workout environment. Rather than quantify specific amounts, I’ll be giving you some simple ideas. Let’s get right to it:
Eat Fiber
A high-fiber diet decreases fat and cholesterol absorption in your intestine (preventing fat storage), slows glucose absorption in the bloodstream (meaning more sugar gets burnt as energy, less gets stored as fat), stabilizes insulin levels and delays stomach emptying (both of which decrease your appetite), and makes you full faster (so you eat less). Research has shown that a low-fat, high-fiber diet results in nearly three times more weight loss than a low-fat, low-fiber diet. So how do you get your fiber? Here’s how I get mine: 1 fully loaded salad, 1 bowl of oatmeal, and 2-3 raw fruits every day (fruit bonus: vitamin C in citrus fruit can also help burn fat).
Eat Calcium
Research shows that three or four daily servings of low-fat dairy products can help reduce body fat. Higher levels of calcium stored in the fat cells may help enhance fat breakdown, as well as induce an increase in thermogenesis (the body’s core temperature). The best calcium should come from dairy products like low-fat milk, yogurt and cottage cheese (and not from a calcium supplement). Other good sources, especially for those who are lactose intolerant, include dark leafy vegetables, salmon, almonds, and oats (notice the extra fiber bonus).
Eat Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Studies have shown that people who include a large and healthy breakfast in their diet lose significantly greater amounts of fat than those who avoid breakfast. Skipping breakfast will not help you shed extra pounds, but may instead result in muscle loss and metabolism decreases, both of which hinder your fat-burning ability. A great breakfast example is a large glass of water with a bowl of oatmeal, fresh fruit and nuts. Just remember: breakfast can also work against you if it’s not healthy: fried meats, sweet muffins and croissants, sugar loaded cereals, or processed packages do not count as a healthy breakfast!
Eat Frequently
You’ve heard it a million times before: 5-6 small meals a day is better than 3 large meals. I?d like to step that up a bit: as high as 10 times a day or more may be necessary, depending on your energy consumption and needs. Here?s an example (from my personal nutrition log): 1) banana 7am; 2) oatmeal w/ raisins 9am; 3) handful almonds 10:30am; 4) three turkey slices 12pm; 5) one yogurt 1 pm; 6) apple 2pm; 7) large salad 4:30pm; one protein bar 7:00pm; 9) handful raisins 8:15pm; 10) 1 scramble egg with spinach 9pm (bed at 11pm). The philosophy behind eating frequently is that the physical act of digestion has a metabolic cost, and by continually feeding, you are maintaining a higher metabolic rate. As long as your grazing is healthy, this results in more calories burnt throughout the day. On the flipside, eating too infrequently causes your body go into starvation mode and conserve energy, which results in increased fat storage and lower digestive and overall metabolism.
Eat Water
Your body constantly uses water to create energy, build muscle, and burn fat, and without adequate water, studies have shown that the muscles are less active, the metabolism drops, and your body burns fat less efficiently. This slight decrease in metabolism can add up to over 10 pounds of fat a year! Water also assists in suppressing the appetite and giving you a “full feeling”. So drink several glasses of water each day, drink a glass of water at least 30 minutes before your workout, sip water regularly at the gym, and drink a glass of water after your workout (speeds up recovery too!). Many naturally occurring foods, such as fruits and vegetables, are also high in water content (as well as fiber, vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, etc.), so this is another great way to get your H2O.

In the fitness world, there are little tricks you can incorporate into your weekly routine that will equal significant gains in weight loss and fat burning. Over years of training hundreds of clients, I’ve discovered 3 of these key fat burning techniques that achieve such results. Here they are:
1) At least 1 day/week, accumulate 60 minutes of repetitive motion aerobic exercise that uses the same predictable joint patterns, like cycling, elliptical, running, or swimming.
Please understand that it is important to expose your body to frequent “change-ups” in exercise mode and type. This ensures that you never become efficient at exercise, which ultimately will cause your body to become insensitive and nonresponsive to your workouts. However, you must break this rule at least once per week. This is because the enzymes responsible for burning fat during exercise must be trained to work at a high efficiency, and this only occurs during extended, low-intensity cardio sessions that stimulate the same muscle over and over again. Yes, it may be boring to sit on that stationary bicycle for an hour, but at a low intensity with a good magazine or television show, you’ll be surprised at how quickly time goes by. Use the fact that it’s a “non-difficult” workout to get you motivated.
2) At least 2 days/week, complete a high intensity non-aerobic interval training sessions of 30 minutes, that includes at least 10 minutes spent above an 8 on an exertional scale of 1-10.
There is a crucial paradox in exercise. While exertion at lower intensities will burn primarily fat as a fuel, you actually burn *less* total fat than compared with exercise at higher intensities. Why is this? Because when you exercise at a lower intensity, you burn significantly fewer calories. For example, you may burn 70% fat and 30% carbohydrate during low intensity exercise at 300 calories per hour. That’s 210 calories of fat per hour. But at a higher intensity of, say 900 calories per hour, you may burn 30% fat and 70% carbohydrate. That’s 270 calories of fat per hour. There are also huge implications with intense workouts, primarily an increase in fat-burning hormones, post-exercise metabolic rate, and lean muscle tissue building. Interval training is the ideal way to achieve these type of sessions and are comprised of hard efforts at a high intensity separated by rest periods at a low intensity.
3) At least 5 days/week complete 20 minutes of aerobic, fat-burning cardio prior to breakfast.
When you wake up in the morning, your body has burned through a significant portion of the liver’s carbohydrate stores. You can activate fat mobilization and burning early in the day by completing a light cardio session when you are in this “fasted” state. More is not better in this case. If you go for a 2 hour run, you’ll return completely depleted and in fat-storage mode. Instead, go light and easy for a short period of time, then consume a healthy and complex breakfast that includes good fats, complete proteins, slow digesting carbohydrates, and fiber.
Remember that the key is consistency. You will only reap the rewards of these goals if you can maintain a consistent effort for 6-8 weeks! So what are you waiting for? Get started today, and let me know if you have questions…
Until next time, train smart

On Monday, July 3rd, an editorial appeared in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The author of the article decided that there must be more to the growing obesity problem in America than the simple fact that people don’t exercise enough while eating too much. To back this statement, the editorial cited research from the International Journal of Obesity, which recently reported 10 other possible reasons that people get fat. Ready for the top ten countdown on why Americans are getting fatter by the minute? Here it is:
1. Not sleeping enough. Lack of sleep has been show to decrease levels of the hormone leptin and increase levels of the hormone ghrelin. So inadequate sleep can trigger your body to increase food intake and store fat. Research has shown that people getting six hours of sleep per night are 27% more likely to become obese than those getting seven to nine hours, and people who get only two to four hours of sleep are 67% more likely to become obese. Since just one hour can make a big difference, try hitting the sack a bit earlier, and you might not have to hit the gym quite as hard.
2. Endocrine disruptions. Basically, this refers to pollutants, toxins and chemicals in the Western diet that can decrease the body’s metabolism and increase fat storage. The answer to this problem is simple – eat as naturally as possible, attempting to avoid frequent consumption of processed or packaged foods. I would also recommend choosing organic foods for any product in which the outer skin is consumed, such as apples or cucumbers.
3. Temperature controls. The argument here is that technologies like air conditioning and central heating have replaced people’s natural, calorie-burning temperature responses such as shivering and sweating. Not sure about this one – but here’s a thought: if your house were more sweltering in the summer, would you be more likely to get “out and about” and engage in activities like swimming, boating, visiting the beach or going to the gym? And if you were colder in the winter, would you move around more to stay warm?
4. Less smoking. Cigarettes are an appetite suppressant. This is an interesting observation, but please – don’t take up a chain-smoking diet!
5. Medicines that cause weight gain. Certain prescription drugs used in the treatment of mood disorders, seizures, migraines, diabetes, and high blood pressure, as well as steroids, hormone replacement therapy, and birth control pills can cause a weight gain of up to 10 pounds a month. Common culprits include antidepressants Paxil and Zoloft, the antiseizure medication Depakote, diabetes drugs like Diabeta and Diabinese, the high blood pressure drugs Cardura and Inderal, and heartburn drugs like Nexium and Prevacid.
6. Demographic changes. As we grow older, our metabolism slows. The increase in middle-aged people has increased obesity rates, as has the increased diversity, since research has observed some ethnic populations have been higher obesity rates. This shouldn’t be used as an excuse…just a reason to show more self-control and engage in consistent exercise!
7. Maternal age. Older birth moms tend to have heavier children. This is probably a much smaller problem than what the children are actually being fed as they age. If you’re unhappy with your weight, and feeding your kids the same food you eat, they’ll eventually be unhappy with their weight, and unhealthy too!
8. Assortative mating. The reasoning goes something like this: an overweight or obese person is more likely to choose a similarly built individual as a mate, resulting in a higher percentage of big-boned children. This makes some sense, since the diet and lifestyle of an obese man or woman would be suppoted by an obese spouse or partner. But this should make it that much easier to go on a diet or exercise plan together, right?
9. Natural selection. This theory claims that a fat individual is equipped to outsurvive a skinny individual in times of need, such as famine. Unfortunately, the Western lifestyle doesn’t experience too much famine, and obesity is accompanied by many life threatening problems such as diabetes, arthritis, and heart disease, so I don’t think this is a valid reason.
10. Genetic influences on pregnancy. An obese ancestor could result in an obese grandchild through a mechanism such as a “fetally driven positive feedback loop”. The next person who walks into my personal training office using this as an excuse will be doing some treadmill time. All kidding aside, I acknowledge that many individuals are more genetically prone to weight gain and obesity. The problem is that I often observe these people using this as an excuse or crutch, and subsequently consuming large amounts of fatty and sugary foods, while spending very little time in active health pursuits.
Based on this top ten list, I’d like to sum up in one sentence how you can fight your expanding waistline: “Get an adequate’s night sleep, then stay active throughout the day while increasing consumption of natural foods like whole grains, fruits, vegetables and nuts, and decreasing consumption of pharmaceutical medications, processed and packaged foods.” There you have it! Until next time, train smart,

If you are considering training for yourself or your employees, it is important to go beyond computer expertise and look for a trainer who understands the principles outlined in this and last month’s articles. If a trainer has taught computer courses regularly at a local college or training institution, this is a good indication of teaching ability. References from satisfied trainees or companies are also important. Training for yourself or your staff is one of the best investments you can make, but like any other investment, it should be made carefully. Check the trainer’s background!
Student self-respect is also important. A good trainer must develop the feeling that it’s okay to be wrong and that being wrong does not imply that a student is ignorant. The importance of computer is nowadays felt in each and every sphere. Right from the beginners of the primary schools to the big industrialists, everyone comes in touch with the computers. This immense importance of the computers has led to the necessity of computer training to a great extent. Therefore it will be worthwhile to know about the several types of computer training and its impact and usefulness in our life.
Training in the computer can be of various types and there are different types of procedures for approaching it. Generally the term computer training comprises everything related to the computer as a whole. This training consists of lessons on the various parts of the computer, their functions and necessities and then the manner to compute or run the computer. Also the content of this kind of computer trainings are based on the term or duration of the training procedure.
In the short term computer training classes, the emphasis is put on making the student aware of the general and basic computer term and a basic learning is provided with which the primary computer functions can be done. We prepare students by delivering hands-on job oriented training which teaches them how to apply the knowledge that they gain in classes along with preparing them to pass the vendor based certification exams. We have partnered with Microsoft, Oracle, Linux , Cisco Systems, Prometric testing center and as such offer wide variety of computer training that include but are not limited to Microsoft Certification, A+ training, CISCO Certification Course, Oracle Certification Course, Internet and Microsoft Office 2003. In our computer training class we provide quality training and career guidance to every Student.
The importance of the computer training is rapidly increasing as it is required in each and every field in this fast growing world. Even the housewives too need to know the basics of the computer if they want to be an efficient home manager. Shopping, cooking, cleaning everything has become computerized nowadays. Even for guiding the little one in their school homework, the mother should have the primary computer knowledge. Keeping in mind this vital role of the computers numerous computer training institutions have opened up where any class and any age group can get admitted and take lessons. Also, the online computer training courses have made this procedure far more easy and accessible for the learners. Those who are very busy and find it tough to manage time for rushing to the institutes have been helped to a great extent by this online computer learning system.

Great idea, it sure saves money. Also eliminates the middle man. Those architects and designers can get expensive. I’ve heard that some designers can charge up to ten dollars per square foot for simple drawings containing a floor plan and exterior elevations. Now that is a chunk of change. If you are going to do it for yourself, you’re going to need to know how. Below are just some of the things needed to know to draw a simple ranch style home.
So what do you need to know to draw your own house plan?
1. You need to know how to lay out your Floor Plan. The floor plan is the template for your entire set of drawings. From the floor plan show where we want our electrical, tell how big our rooms are, note our window and door sizes, etc., so this is where we have to begin. Sure you could start with the exterior views but that would limit our interior of the home to what the outside looks like. Not a good idea! The house needs to be functional first and look pretty second out of necessity.
2. You need to understand the mechanics of a well designed kitchen. A kitchen is a place where the homemaker spends a majority of their time. It needs to be comfortable but functional. This area consists of a Sink area, Cooking area, & Food storage area. The best layout for a kitchen is one in which the least steps are taken to reach each appliance. This is called the working area or working triangle. A good working triangle doesn’t exceed 12 to 14 feet all the way around.
3. The builder of the home would sure appreciate knowing where the walls, windows, & doors are located exactly. They would also like knowing door and window sizes, not to mention anything else special that is on the plan. That’s where the dimensions and notes come in handy. You need to be able to create a dimensional string and groups of notes that are not confusing.
4. The Electrical Plan is very important to you as it gives you the opportunity to customize the home to your power and comfort needs! On the other hand, it is not always needed. What I mean by this is that any electrician who has taken a test for his or her license knows what is required electrical service by code. Chances are that they have already wired quite a few residences and barring any special needs or preferences can do the job without this plan. Always be aware though!!! Certain states require that you be a licensed Architect or Electrical Engineer to do Electrical plans. Be sure to check with your local building inspector to see what your limitations are! This will definitely save you some headaches down the road.
5. In standard construction, at least in the South Eastern United States, houses are built on Masonry Foundations or Basements. A foundation is the part of the home that anchors it to or keeps it from settling into the ground. This knowledge is a must in completing your plans.
6. What about how the exterior is going to look? It is no small matter if you are wanting to convey the idea of how the finished product is going to look when construction is complete. What is it going look like when its built? How to determine the best roof pitch, do we use brick, siding or rock?
7. Folks, I defiantly don’t believe in mind reading! Neither does to typical contractor! If there is anything special you are wanting to build into your house, how is the builder to know unless you show them? You can make all the notes you want to on your plans and elevations but the message of how you want the house constructed may not always come across. That’s why you need to understand how to draw details.
8. Then there is the task of finishing your drawings and not letting goofs and slip-ups get out the door. You need to understand the most common mistakes made by people who draw house plans so you can look out for them!
9. Last but not least in drawing your house plans is to know how to print them out and in what format and size.
My name is Tim Davis and I draw architectural plans for a living. I know what I’m talking about. I also teach others how to draw plans in a virtual classroom on the internet called House Plan Drafting 101 at http://houseplandrafting101.com Above are the basics I teach in that class.

France is a country of many faces, with experiences and sights to match every type of traveler’s desires. And whether it’s good food, its impressively recounted history and culture or its natural beauty, France can easily be enjoyed on a budget.
Cities
Paris, Marseille, Nice or Montpellier – every city offers its own unique visitor attractions. More importantly, most cities are walkable or offer cheap transport, which makes getting between hostels in France relatively hassle-free.
The capital, Paris, is an obvious addition to any backpacking itinerary, whether taking a quick hike up the Eiffel Tower, circling the impressive Arc de Triomphe or taking photos next to the stunning Sacre-Coeur cathedral at the top of Montmartre Hill, with its fantastic views of the city.
But equally, Nice’s Promenade des Anglais and Le Chateau castle, or the historical fashion exhibits at the Musee de la Mode in Marseille are all just as appealing – depending on one’s preferences.
There are also plenty of cheap hostels, restaurants and cafes in the cities, as well as comparatively cheap grocery shops offering fresh and varied domestic produce that make visiting on a budget easy for the forward thinking traveler.
Countryside
It may be the lesser-touted tourist destination of France, particularly for backpackers, but its countryside villages and small hamlets endow the country with much of its character. More importantly, it offers some of Europe’s most dramatically beautiful scenery.
Travel is, of course, more of an issue for countryside backpacking, and out in the countryside, hostels in France are fewer and further between than in cities. Budget travel, though, is still remarkably simple.
For example, the awesome Ardeche River in the south and the surrounding towns of Ardeche, Lozere and Gard all offer plenty of places to stay, making it an easily accessible sightseeing and adventuring stop.
In fact, kayaking down the 120 kilometer river and stopping at the various towns along the way is a great way to see the natural side of France. The most scenic stretch of the Ardeche Gorges ends with the impressive 60 meter stone arch Pont d’Arc. Guided tours are available, but it is cheaper just to hire your own kayak.
Equally, the Mediterranean-lying cities along the French Riviera, such as the famous Cannes, provide the hardcore water sport enthusiasts scope to partake in a spot of surfing, sailing, windsurfing or snorkeling.
However, these southern destinations are popular with all manner of travelers, both domestic and international, in the high-season, so booking in advance is advised.
But regardless of whether it is the stretching landscape of vineyards interspersed with miniature communities or the cosmopolitan cultural explosions that are France’s cities, there is plenty on offer for those with enough time to explore.
Please paste your bio into the field (bio will be publish together with article so don’t include your email).:
Before settling down and becoming a copywriter for HostelBookers. Ben Cooper did a backpacking tour of France , he checked out a variety of the country’s budget accommodation, including a number of most Hostels in France.

You should never pay for a roofing job up front. If any roofer asks that you pay for the entire project before it is complete, you should consider choosing a different roofing company.
Since many states do not require licensing for roofers, this is a field, where in the past, many con artists have swindled unsuspecting homeowners out of thousands of dollars. Therefore, it is vitally important to ensure that you are contracting with a reputable company before you even begin to think about exchanging money. You should spend several hours interviewing the roofer, calling and verifying references, and double checking the roofer’s insurance policies, policies for the workers who will be on your property, and making certain that the roofer has operated in a professional business manner before the exchange of money is even discussed. If a roofer requests that you pay all of the money up front, this could be a great indicator that you are dealing with a scam artist.
Though you should never pay the roofer the price agreed upon until the job is complete, you may be required to pay a deposit for the job upfront. Some states may regulate how much of the deposit you should pay, however you should never pay more than 73% of the total project cost in a deposit. There should also be a reasonable length of time between the deposit and the beginning and ending of your project as well.
One thing that is very important to note is that many roofers need the deposit to purchase the materials that will be used on the project. It is important that you know who your roofing contractor purchases these materials from and you should verify that the supplier has a good working relationship with the roofing company. In certain situations, homeowners may be held responsible if the contractor fails to pay for the building materials, so make sure that the contractor is paying their bills and that he or she has adequately paid for your building materials. By taking the time to ensure that you are dealing with a reputable and professional company, you can make certain that your project will be completed efficiently and to your satisfaction.

Occasional or repetitive sleepless nights can affect your life, either the physical, mental or emotional aspect. In the long run, being deprived of enough sleep can affect how you perform in school or at the office, your relationship with other people and even your personality or health.
Insomnia or sleep deprivation have three stages
* Initial insomia is when you find difficulty in sleeping and it takes you more than 30 minuted to sleep.
* Middle insomnia is when you have a problem in maintaining a sleep state and you’ll often lie awake from night to the next morning
* Late insomia is when you wake up early after less than 6 hours of sleep.
Insomnia can be a symptom of another medical condition but it can also be due to the pattern of your sleep. The first step to fight insomnia is to establish a consistent bedtime routine that will enable natural sleep. The next step is to create a comfortable and sleep enducing atmosphere, this article offers 10 room improvement guides to achieve healthier sleep.
1. Room Temperature. Set the temperature according to your preference, you don’t want to wake up in the middle of the night because its too hot or too cold. Ideally its better to have a cooler room temperature but you need to determine your own comfort level.
2. Check the windows. A slightly opened window can facilitate sleep since it allows proper room ventilation and additional air. This can help in your proper breathing.
3. Eliminate Noise. You can be sensitive on noise in and out of the bedroom that can distract your sleep, using ear plugs can help in this situation.
4. Light matters. Light can disrupt your sleep and can signal your body that it’s morning and time to wake up. You should use dim lights or if possible make your bedroom as dark as possible. You can also try using eye mask to block interfering light.
5. Block the light. You can also use thick curtains or blinds to cover any source of extra light in your room.
6. Remove the clock. The sound of a ticking clock can be disturbing and you may often find yourself counting hours. Knowing that time is passing will make you feel stressed and this won’t help you get a healthy sleep. You can use a digital clock as an alternative but make sure to remove it from your direct eye sight.
7. Remove distracting gadgets. Stimulants like television, computer, radio can take your concentration off from sleeping. Make sure that you only use your bedroom for sleeping.
8. Find a comfortable mattress. Invest in a good and firm mattress that can provide you sufficient spinal support. It should be comfortable and big enough for you.
9. Pillows choice. Choose a pillow that suit your preference, it can be soft or firm as long as it gives proper support for your head.
10. Bedding & blankets. Provide crisp and clean bedding and a comfortable blanket.
Your bedroom should be arranged in such a way that its serves as a place that gives you comfort and peace. Find the right pieces that can make you feel calm and ready for a natural sleep routine.

When you buy a wireless router it is not secure and its default configuration will allow unwanted users that are in the vicinity of your router to connect to the internet and “steal†your wireless router internet connection. They could also gain access to your PC and steal files and folders of data. Manufacturers leave the configuration “open†so that the user can easily set up the router and get it up and running quickly. However, there is a risk if the router is not secure.
Accessing Your Wireless Router’s Configuration
To gain access to your wireless router settings and configuration menu then connect to the router either wirelessly or via a Ethernet cable. Open a web browser and type either:
http://192.168.1.1 or
http://192.168.2.1
1) Change Admin password
Most wireless routers ship with a blank password. It is essential that this is changed else a potential hacker could get into your router configuration and lock you out of your own hardware.
2) Change The Network Name (otherwise known as the SSID)
The default network name is usually made up of the name/model of your wireless router. This information gives a head start for a hacker and makes it easier for them to break into your network. Don’t rename it to something like your surname or house name as this unnecessarily exposes personal information. Rename it to an alpha-numeric string – this can be up to 32 characters long.
3) Turn off SSID broadcasting
By default, a wireless router’s SSID is broadcast so anyone in the vicinity of your wireless router can see that it. SSID broadcasting can be turned off thus making your wireless router virtually invisible.
4) Enabling Encryption
This is switched off by default. There is a choice of WEP, WPA and WPA2. Currently the latest encryption method is WPA2 so use this where possible. Both your wireless router and wireless PC adaptor must be configured to use the same encryption.
5) Mac Address Control
All hardware has a unique MAC address associated with it, including your PC adaptor card. This MAC address can be added to access control list in the wireless router. Only devices added to the router’s access control list are allowed to be connected.
6) Update router firmware
It is recommended that the latest router firmware is downloaded from the manufacturer’s website and installed in the router. This will hopefully fix any bugs that have been found for your router and also help with any known security flaws in the router itself.
7) Backup settings
Finally, backup all router settings. If you reset the router back to its factory default settings for whatever reason, your configuration can later be easily and quickly restored back into the router.

Advertising flyers are one of the most effective marketing vehicles that one’s company can utilize to generate leads to increase sales. Whether you’re promoting a product or service, or an event, that one club flyers printing piece for example can definitely help you get the word out.
In fact, many marketers would argue that these pieces of paper, whether full color or printed on glossy stock can provide you with the result you expect – an increased turn out of revenue.
And not only is it an effective way to reach out to your target audience, your flyers are so cost effective that you will be able to save your budget as well as your time.
But others believe otherwise. According to them, flyers don’t really provide the opportunity you need to successfully run your advertising campaign. For one thing, these pieces of paper cost anywhere between $100 to $200 on the average when printed. This is especially true if you’re just looking at a few club flyers printing pieces to announce your special event.
Second, your print ad has an expiration date that links to your event or product and service. This would mean that you would eventually have a stack of useless flyers lying around if you haven’t been able to distribute all of them.
Third, some would even argue that flyer printing using CMYK inks can be detrimental to the environment because flyers are being littered all over, especially those that have not been able to get in the hands of potential customers.
Nevertheless, despite all of these arguments, I still believe that flyers do work their magic when it comes to promoting your business to your target audience. Its effectiveness however, depends on the quality and value you provide in your print ad. And don’t forget too the importance of where you’re distributing them.
When you are able to get them in the hands of your target market, then your flyers will work their hardest to promote your business. Let’s face it, any type of print ad, be it brochures or posters, if they don’t go to where they should be will not be effective at all. The key is to hand them out to the right people, and not just to everybody that comes your way. The more you focus your distribution, the better it is for the right prospects to respond accordingly and take action on your message.

Your logo is a tangible representation of your identity and image. This means that whatever you decide to put on your logo – the colors, shapes, and even the lines – all of these should reflect the image you would want your target readers to remember you even for many years to come.
It represents your values, your beliefs and the traditions you have in your business. That’s why you put so much effort in coming up with the right logo especially with your full color business cards.
Here are a few ideas for your logo design that you can consider when you start creating your very own logo:
Refinement
This technique is more of a going-back-to-the-basics kind of thing. It reflects simplicity more than creativity when designing your logo. In fact, major corporations have gone back to this type of logo design that the classic trend that was so popular during the 70s is again one of the hits today.
The technique is based on the basic geometric lines with a little visual twist. Especially with the advent of the computers and digital technology, the 70s natural geometric lines is definitely here to stay.
Droplets
This technique applies two or more droplets, making them appear that they’re coming together to act as one entity. It is usually reflective of a union and meeting of ideas, which is very expressive especially if you’re looking at a more technical and scientific design. Often, this logo design have flat shapes, while some have highlights or shadows that provides the feeling of a multi-dimensional effect in your design.
Natural Spirals
This logo design comes out when you use two elements together that creates a natural and less-contrived spiral shape. This technique is more of a nature-inclined rather than a computer generated design. The unaffected combination of seeming disarray and geometry in the design provides order and freedom simultaneously.
Pop
This is in response to the growing youth market that needs to have their own set of design structure. The youth have always been one of the driving forces that every business owner and marketer need to focus on. That’s why from the late 60s to the early 70s, the set of designs that came out to address the personality of the youth market have become very popular during those time. You can see this type of logo design resurfacing especially from companies that cater to the ever developing youth niche.
There are a lot more logo designs out there that you can apply to create your very own design. The bottom line is to make each design that you pick embody what you value most in your business because that would be yours for a very long time.

To get a polished look, I suggest you use concealer, foundation, powder, lipstick, and perhaps mascara. For a more striking appearance, you may want to add eyeÂliner, eye shadow, lip liner, and blush. But the goal is not to look painted it’s to enhance your true beauty. How much makeup you use is a matter of personal preference. Here’s what you need to know about choosing and using the right cosmetics. The product recommendations in this chapter include my own suggestions and those of women of color makeup artists I’ve consulted.
Concealer Clues. The purpose of concealer is to conceal or camouflage darker areas of the face (such as the under-eye area) and blemished or blotchy spots. The color of your concealer should be a shade lighter than your foundation-that is, a shade lighter than your natural skin tone. After cleansing, moisturizing (if needed), and applying sunscreen to your face, dot concealer in your trouble spots. Use a light touch too much concealer can give your complexion an uneven, cakey look. You can use a damp makeup sponge or your fingers to blend in. Don’t rush the blending process take your time to get the right, even-toned look. Try a MAC concealer or Bobbi Brown or MAC full coverage foundation as concealer.
Foundation Facts. Foundation is used to even out skin tone and give your face a smooth appearance. Choosing the correct color is crucial, so be sure to test a product before you buy it. To do this, have the makeup consultant apply the foundation to your entire face, and take a good look at your skin in natural light. If the foundation blends in and disappears, thus appearing natural, it’s the right color. A too light foundation may make your skin look ashen. Take a closer look to make sure the foundation’s undertone is not too red, orange, or yellow. If the color does not match, keep trying other shades, either from that line of cosmetics or from an altogether different line, until you find the one that most closely approximates your skin tone.
The next step is to make sure you’ve chosen a foundation for your skin type.
This is important because the wrong type can make the skin look dull or too shiny or worse, like you’re wearing a mask. Foundations come in different forms liquid, cream, cream-to-powder, and stick, matte and moisturizing formulas. If you have acne, you’ll need a light oil-free foundation that doesn’t clog your pores and trigger a breakout. Avoid oil based products, such as those often found in compacts, and opt for nonacnegenic or noncomedogenic products instead. Whatever your skin type, you may need to switch products when the seasons change or if you move to a dry climate.
For oily skin. Look for oil free or water based foundations, or a foundation and powder in one compact. Matte or semi matte formulas will look best on your skin. If you have very oily skin, don’t forget to use a toner before applying any makeup and blot oily areas during the day with tissue. Try Estee Lauder’s Double Matte Foundation· for oil control. Avon’s Clear Finish Oil Free Foundation, an antiacne treatment that contains salicylic acid, is perfect for acne prone skin as well as oily skin.
For normal combination skin. A water based foundation should suit your needs. If you have T-zone skin and your cheeks become especially dry, experiment with water and oil combination products. Semi-matte formulas will look best.
For dry skin. Opt for moisturizing foundations that contain some amount of oil or a combination of oil and water but only if you are not acne prone. These often come in cream or liquid form. For acne prone skin, oil free foundation is still best. Just apply a moisturizer before applying your foundation.
For sensitive skin. As always, choose hypoallergenic products that are free of potential irritants. A light, water-based foundation should do.
For hyper pigmenting skin. Since this skin type is prone to the development of dark marks, camouflaging the marks with foundation is essential. Consider using a foundation stick, such as Black Opal Stick Foundation, or a foundation in a compact, such as MAC Studio Fix Powder Foundation, for more complete coverage.

Are you planning to start up your own website? There are certain essential parts of any website that has to be worked to start it. The main features of a website are as follows…
Selecting a domain name – Domain name provides an identity to a website. It confirms your space on the internet as it denotes the name of your website that is entered by a user in search box to land on your site. For instance- yahoo.com, sujivan.org, usa.net and so on. Usually the user should opt for a domain name that ends with .com, .net or, org. These are the most common extensions used by the surfers. Many companies offer domain names at discounted rate, so keep an eye on online discounts if you want to purchase domain name at discounted price.

Many service providers offer free web hosting service, this should be avoided and instead go for companies providing this service by taking some nominal monthly fees. Otherwise chances of the host offering free web hosting to put up their banner on your site is there which may prove harmful for your business. If the user does not have much traffic they can go for shared hosting and when increases switch on to solo web hosting traffic.

Take a note that the designer should have knowledge of HTML which is basic requirement for web designing. If you desire increased traffic to your site make sure that it is pleasant looking, fast downloadable and dynamic. Once web design part is complete then move for website development. Hire a professional web developer to develop advance functionality of your website.
Content creation – Content management and creation is one of the most important aspects of any website. It can be considered as heart of any site, as relevant information, goals, objectives, discussions, etc fall under the content category. Can you imagine any website without content? Not possible, it’s the backbone of every site whether personal or commercial. The content should be to the point and relevant, devoid of any grammatical errors.
Search engine optimization – To get increased traffic to your website, it is essential that it is visible in first or second page of major search engines like Google, msn and yahoo. This can be done by search engine optimization of certain keywords that the user is likely to enter in the search box. Higher rank in the search engine lands more visitors at your website. You can hire an SEO expert or give this work to your web development company who has this facility.

Examination of the skin can be considered in two settings: incidental examination during the course of a complete physical examination, and dedicated examination in situations where disease of the skin is known to be present. In the former, the skin is not inspected in its entirety. Instead, overlying segments of skin are sequentially examined as the various internal organs are evaluated. This approach is practical, but it is inadequate for evaluation of known dermatologic disease. In a complete dermatologic examination the skin is inspected, in its entirety, as a single step. This includes evaluation of the hair, nails, and mucous membranes of the mouth and genitalia. The general principles discussed below pertain to both types of examination.
Exposure
The patient must be undressed to allow the examiner to carry out an adequate examination. An examiner cannot simply have the patient unbutton a shirt or lift a pant leg and expect to see clearly the nature and extent of the pathology present. The examiner should also remember that a hospital gown is really a type of clothing and this too must not be allowed to interfere with adequate skin exposure. A gown pushed to one side or momentarily lifted more often than not leaves portions of the skin in shadows or causes awkward positioning for the examiner. In most instances a patient’s underwear may be left on, but even this should be removed if there is any possibility that additional lesions would otherwise remain un examined.
Lighting
Inadequate lighting is perhaps the most common cause for an inadequate skin examination. In the hospital, bedside lighting is more usually designed for reading than for medical examination. Thus, in most circumstances the patient should be moved to a dedicated examination room where adequately bright overhead and side lighting will be available. Even conventional outpatient examination rooms may be rather poorly lit. If this occurs, the examiner should request that additional bright, portable lamps be provided.

Are you wondering why your website is not attracting the abundance of new customers you expect? Looking at your current positioning in Search Engine results and your current SEO, Search Engine Optimisation may provide you with the answer. Most people searching on the internet will use one of the major Search Engines with most not looking past the first couple of pages for information on a product or service they are looking for. So ensuring your website has a good search engine listing will increase the amount of traffic to your site increasing your customer base.
Having a beautifully designed website is not enough in today’s highly competitive market of Website Marketing and SEO, Search Engine Optimisation is crucial for ensuring that your website is highly ranked in relevant search results. Optimising your site around relevant key phrases will help your site’s organic Search Engine listings.
They are two ways in which you can increase your search engine listings the most familiar of the two is pay per click these are the sponsored links that appear at the top and to the right of the Search Engine results. Pay per click advertising is set up with the Search Engine providers where you only pay when a user clicks on your sponsored link to visit your site. As an advertiser you bid on the key phrase you have decided to market, the amount you bid can vary considerable depending on the popularity of the key phrase costing as much as £25 per click, so managing these campaigns needs careful planning. Then when a user types in a matched phrase your ad will be displayed in the position depending on the relevance of your ad and the amount you have bid.
The second option is to improve your organic listing through SEO, Search Engine Optimisation and there are now companies that specialise in this service. These companies have the relevant background and knowledge to optimise your site to enable the search engine spiders to read and index your site more effectively. An experience company implementing SEO will first research your market area and current marketing strategy to decide in the best key phrases to use and will then apply changes to your website content that will increase your search engine positioning. Other more advanced online and off line techniques can be applied and your SEO provider should be able to recommend these to you if they are necessary.
There are no guarantees that any of the techniques used will get you a page 1 positioning as the search engines can change their algorithms and the more competitive the arena is for the phrase being marketed the harder it is to get a high ranking. Beware of companies that offer this to you as they are either making false promises or implementing black hat techniques.
With most people now using the internet when purchasing goods or services having good SEO, Search Engine Optimisation implemented on your site can be one of your most cost effective valuable marketing tools. Careful consideration should be taken when choosing an SEO company that can implement good onsite changes supported with relevant off site work. This will remove from your from the bottom of the marketing pile to the top were targeted customers can view your products and services, increasing your sales potential.

For most businesses hiring an SEO firm is a good way to improve their website ranking on search engines. As people don’t have sufficient information about SEO, they may have some assumptions on how it works. Therefore, people find it difficult to choose the right SEO firm. Also some people might have had some bad experiences with the SEO companies and have lost faith in SEO companies. Though some companies may have had bad experiences, most people realize the benefits of a specialist SEO firm. Therefore while hiring an SEO firm, you have to make your choice carefully.
Things To Consider While Hiring An SEO Firm
There are certain things that you should consider while hiring an SEO firm. These parameters help evaluate whether that particular SEO firm is capable of optimizing your website or not.
· Clients References and Testimonials
You have to check the references and testimonials that are given by the firm’s previous clients. The experiences of the clients will give you a good idea of the performance of the company.
· Inquire the strategies they adopt
You should inquire the SEO strategies and the philosophy that they adopt in optimizing your website. You have to ask them to explain if you found anything vague, so as to ensure that their methods seem legitimate. Beware of companies that use practices that can get your website black listed.
· Ensure your attempts are bounded legally
You have to ensure that your website is optimized using ethical techniques, else it could lead to remove your website entirely from the search engine’s index. Eventually, your website will be made accountable and may even get penalized for the unscrupulous work done by a rogue SEO firm or professional.
· Beware of guarantees offered by them
You should be cautious with the guarantees promised by your SEO firm. No SEO firm has control over the search engine results. You should ask yourself the question, “Can you trust someone who is making such aggressive commitments?â€
· Ask for payment schedule
It is crucial to inquire about the payment options and the schedule before hiring an SEO firm. Ask the SEO Company or professional about the payment schedule, so that you are not hit by ‘surprise’ invoices during the project engagement period.
With the above framework you should be able to choose a decent SEO firm that can get your website ranked on search engines in a reasonable time. This is the first part of the article on considerations while hiring an SEO firm. We will create a second part of this article shortly that covers other important topics to be considered while choosing an SEO firm.

Wedding is a ceremony that celebrates the beginning of marriage. Everyone aspires to make their wedding special and wedding planner helps the couples providing all the necessary assistance for materializing their dream wedding. Wedding planners provides the most over-whelming hospitality and assistance to its clientele as they plan their dream wedding.
Things to Consider When Planning for Wedding:
Wedding Speech – The most terrifying part of the wedding day for the bride and groom is his wedding speech. However, with a little effort and dedication, this terrifying part can be transformed into a lifetime memorable moments. Bride and groom can include their promises and lifetime commitments to each other in this speech. It can be spiced up by dedicating a few lines for parents and in laws for their love and care for you and would be life partner.
Bride and Groom Dancing – Must dance at your wedding! Your guests will dance more if you are dancing too. If they see you having fun, then they will be more comfortable.
Cake Cutting – How much your guests push you to smash it in each other’s face simply do not do it. After spending all that time on getting your hair and make-up done, why would you want to possibly ruin it with cake?
Wedding Songs – Many people are sick of Particular songs and if you definitely cannot stand songs like that, by all means, tell your DJ and insist that they not be played.
Children at Wedding – When deciding to include children at the ceremony, the couple should examine the atmosphere they envision. Children can provide a great deal of charm and levity.
Outdoor Weddings – Do not make your guests suffer outside in the heat for more than 10-20 minutes. If your guests are uncomfortable then they will certainly go home early.
The Last Dance – Ending a party is sometimes just as important as how you begin. In addition, many couples like to select and personalize this moment to leave the right “last impression.” If you select a slow song, the party will wind down with a romantic tone and many brides and grooms want it that way.

In this modern age of fast-moving consumerism, is it all about getting noticed? It could be. If a user enters “toys†into a search engine, the results stretch into the thousands. A search for “books†will hit the millions. Getting your voice heard amongst that noise is important.
So getting noticed is critical. That’s for sure. And it’s possible to increase your visibility using search marketing. Melbourne is a big city, but the internet is a big world.
But getting sales is really the point. Getting and keeping customers is what creates value from your marketing dollar. This is what creates profits – new and ongoing sales, customer loyalty.
Just like a newspaper uses headlines to turn browsers into readers, companies must use the resources at their disposal to turn surfers into shoppers, cruisers into customers.
A robust internet marketing strategy will help your business to do this. Harness all the creative and technical aspects of internet business, and turn those to a profitable result. Consider all aspects of the cycle – design and development to advertising and sales. Incorporate elements of search engine marketing, display advertising, email marketing, blog and viral marketing.
The internet has changed the world as we know it – the way we buy and listen to music, how and when we do our banking, how we buy concert tickets, or sell our old leather jacket. No business can rely on a ‘build it and they will come’ approach to an online presence in the market. Sure, you can build it, but how do you know they will come? They probably won’t.
Having a clear internet marketing strategy provides a platform for online placement, presence and promotion. Businesses that consider and use all aspects of online advertising activity to promote themselves online are likely to come out in front. As well as your website, you should consider blogs, press releases, online market research, email marketing and advertising.
Intelligent planning and careful execution of a website marketing strategy can help you get noticed and catapult your business results skywards.

The city of Paris has so much to offer travelers it’s difficult to know where to begin. Although the wide variety of youth hostels in Paris mean that it is possible to experience each section of Paris on its merits and, even if only for a fleeting few days, as a resident.
River Seine
With a supremely efficient and metro service that’s cheap, regular and comfortable there’s little point in walking. However, to see Paris in this way would be to miss out on its unique atmosphere and attention-grabbing sights and for this reason, a walk along the River Seine is the perfect place to start.
Although it’s advisable to take a map anyway, many of the city’s most renowned landmarks, such as the Eiffel Tower and the Notre Dame Cathedral jut out of the city around them with an unmissable and indescribably grand distinction.
Latin Quarter
The Latin Quarter is not only home to many of the best youth hostels in Paris, but also offers some of the best and most finance-friendly nightlife on offer in the city. Originally so-called because of its predominance of Latin-speaking students, it has fast become the social and shopping hub of Parisian students and budget travelers.
The street market along the Rue Mouffetard is one such location, which by day offers food and drink stuffs as well the occasional souvenir. By night however, the restaurants and cafes clamor for custom by offering cheap deals on already superbly priced and generally high-quality food that is an attraction of Paris all of its own.
Nightlife
Clubs and bars in Paris are rife with activity in the evenings, with the Latin Quarter and the famed Moulin Rouge offering a wide range of themes to appeal to a variety of tastes.
The nightlife proper tends to take off quite late in the evening, generally to accommodate the late dinner that characterizes Parisian habit. However, be warned that the Metro only runs until 1:30 AM.
Although cabs are readily available, for the budget traveler keen on sampling the nightlife on a regular basis, it is often more advisable to select youth hostels in Paris located close to the clubs and bars.
Before settling down and becoming a copywriter for HostelBookers. Ben Cooper did a backpacking tour of France, he checked out a variety of the country’s budget accommodation, including a number of most Youth hostels in Paris.
