Marketing isn’t really about what’s going on in the moment. A truly effective form of marketing is going to be focused far more on the future than what is right in front of you at this moment. Your color printing should be done with the future in mind and how this is going to affect you in the long run.
When any company first starts out the first thing you want to do is develop a strong marketing strategy. This isn’t something that will pertain to just the store opening, but a method that you will continue to use for years to come.
A company needs to tweak their marketing, sure, but if they did things right, they’ll have that strong, long term marketing strategy there to tweak in the first place. If you don’t have one in place, you’ll find yourself always scrambling to keep on top of your marketing.
The question then becomes, what exactly is your long-term strategy going to be? The exact method and how you go about handling your color printing is always going to be up to you to decide, but certain things are going to be an intricate part of it.
Marketing isn’t always about showing people a product and telling them they need to buy it, though this is what many companies seem to focus on. To develop a strong company you need to not only give people a great product, but also heavily connect that product with your company.
This is about developing a strong brand name. And this doesn’t have to be about a single product, either. Think about companies like Disney. Now, they make movies, they run a theme park, they make toys, make TV shows, have their own television channels, and I could go on and on.
But none of that is really what the brand name is. Their long-term marketing goal was to become a company heavily associated with children’s entertainment, and that is exactly what they were able to achieve. While other companies may have been making cartoon shows, they didn’t have the strong brand association that Disney had, and that’s why Disney was able to become the leader in animated movies when they were first beginning.
No matter what your industry is if you’re able to make a strong brand name people are going to feel safer doing business with you. They’ll seek out your brand in order to know they’re getting a quality piece of merchandise. If you just have the product with no brand images behind it people aren’t going to care as much about who you are as a company.
If all your marketing does is sell your products, you aren’t thinking about the right long-term goals. Your company needs to know that to be really successful, you need to spend the time developing a strong brand.

If you just started planning your website, the prices and options can sometimes be confusing. In this article, we listed different budget options for small business owners and what they can expect to receive for the money they pay.
There are many web design companies that offer a wide variety of options for small business owners. Choices range from very simple, do-it-yourself websites with limited options to full e-commerce powered, professional websites that include shopping carts, streaming videos and more. The right choice for you is largely dependent on the type of business you run and the amount of the budget you have. However, it is a good idea to explore all of the options and price ranges available for web design. The most important thing to keep in mind is that you always want to provide the most professional website possible. After all, your website is often the first impression your customers have of you. A good impression may bring in more business, but a bad one will turn your customers away before they even make the contact.
Budget Range from $0 to $200:
Small business owners who choose to have a very simplistic website with a minimum of features may choose to purchase or download a software package to create their own website.
A few good options for do-it-yourself web design are:
Google Page Creator (free)
Mozilla SeaMonkey (free)
Microsoft LiveOffice (free when you sign up for Office Live Small Business)
This type of web design for small business is best when the website is only needed to provide basic information, such as store location and hours. The free software provides you a template that lets you change the color and choose the layout. The upsides are that it is free or low-cost, relatively easy to use if you have some experience and you are in total control over your website design and maintenance. The downside is, unless you have the skills to write the code yourself and have an artistic eye for layout and design, your choices of designs are limited and you are likely to end up with a generic, amateur-looking website.
Bottom line: If you don’t have a budget or your budget is very limited and you have the skills and training to create your own website for your business, you may find this option very useful and cost effective. However, be aware that you will need to spend several hours, possibly days or weeks, in setting up your website.
A different approach: WordPress
Wordpress is a blogging website that allows you update the content frequently and easily. The blog setup is easy and simple. WordPress itself is free, and there are a handful of themes and layouts you can customize to make your website. For those small business owners who want to set up a website but do not yet have a budget or the skills to build one, WordPress is a good way to get your feet wet. However, this is really a temporary solution. As your business grow, you should consider spend a little bit more money to have your website look more professional.
Budget Range $200-$500 – Template Based Design
Hiring a website developer can cost as little as $200. This is generally offered by an internet firm that offers affordable web design for small businesses by customizing existing templates. The beauty of this is that you don’t need to do the dirty job yourself. However, because of the fact that they are using templates, these people are probably not qualified graphic designers. They are doing nothing more than changing the graphics, adding pictures or modifying the banners. You will have a website that looks much like any other small business’s website on the internet. If that does not bother you, these types of companies can be found by searching Craigslist and other job boards. This type of company may or may not have knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to make your website discoverable through search engines.
Bottom line: if you don’t have the time or skills needed to set up your website and you have a small budget, this may be a good option for you.
Budget Range: $500-$1000 – Complete Custom Design
If your budget is in this category, expect the website to be completely custom designed by a qualified web designer. These designers will add custom graphics, make navigation buttons, and add your logo and other little niceties that will give your business a professional image. E-commerce and content management integration are typically not included in this budget range. However, some companies will try to squeeze them in by sacrificing the design time or using templates. However, this practice is not recommended by most website professionals, because the result is often a site that looks like a template-made, half done e-commerce site. Web design in this budget level should include basic SEO and submission to search engines.
Bottom line: Most small business owners choose this because they are able to purchase a well-designed website that is personalized for their company. This type of design is especially appropriate for service-oriented businesses or those who only sell a small number of products. A full e-commerce powered website is often overkill, but a professional, original design is always appropriate.
Budget range: $1000+ — Complete Custom Design with Bells and Whistles
Web design in this budget level should expect some advanced features such as flash pages and interactive shopping carts. A content management system should be included for frequent content updates. The designers who charge this much are usually very knowledgeable about SEO and can give you options for obtaining high Google ratings. Often, for an additional charge, these web design firms have a maintenance program that will take care of any updates for you.
Bottom line: this budget range is for those businesses that need sophisticated options on their websites and have the money to invest in them.
Final Thoughts
The budget ranges discussed here are only estimates. This gives you a good idea of what you can expect to spend; however, remember that the real world is never that cut and dry. For example, a $999 and a $1001 website may fall into two different categories in this discussion, but that does not mean the extra two dollars will bring you the full power of an e-commerce site. Some companies are able to offer more website for less money than the competition, for example, the standard web design package from EQlink Web Design is $499. Although it falls into the template price range, it actually is a complete custom site designed by qualified designers.
Something to bear in mind is that the more options you want on your website, the more you will need to factor into the web design cost. Try to have an idea of what your business really need before you seek out a web designer. This will also help you determine what type of company you want to hire to create your web design. For small business owners, the thought and care that go into the creation of your website can be critical to your success.

The buzz in writing circles these days is all about self-publishing Ebooks. They hear that eBook are giving authors that added income in between getting their print books published, but they have lots of questions before taking that first step.
“How do I make one?”
“What do I write about?”
“Does anyone even buy Ebooks?”
Actually, putting together an eBook is simple. You write about something you are familiar, put it in a .puff or .exe file and voila, instant eBook that you can sell off your website and make a few dollars, or even thousands of dollars depending on your promotional efforts, and you’re all set.
Authors and entrepreneurs are doing this all the time and there’s no reason why you can’t either.
The first step is determining what you want to write about, of course, and what your goal is for writing your eBook.
In 2004, I became published in print format for the first time. It was for an anthology of soul mate stories. The main reason I wanted to put this book together was because I had a goal in mind. I wanted to show people who have given up on soul mates that they did indeed exist.
After it was published, I started a marketing campaign. I had heard that Ebooks were all the rage and that you could make some pretty decent money off of them, so I gave it a try.
I started on another book on relationships, but while waiting on this book to be finished (which was taking an incredible amount of time due to research), I decided to try my hand at writing an eBook and selling it off of my website for added income while I waited on my print book projects to be finished.
This eBook was also centered on the soul mate relationship, which I felt would add to my expertise and would help sell my print books.
It worked.
Even though I only had the eBook up on my website and just a few online storefronts, the orders were coming in. However, I became disillusioned because I didn’t just want to sell a few copies; I wanted to sell hundreds or perhaps more.
I developed a plan.
Not only did I list it with any website that would announce my book, write up press releases and send them to every free press release service out there, and a myriad of other places, but I decided I’d write another eBook and give it away free to all those who bought my paying eBook.
This eBook was shorter, but to the point.
http://www.make-your-ebook-sell.com
http://www.create-free-pdf.com
After I became successful using this promotional device to sell my paying eBook, I found this experience very rewarding and learned quite a few things in the process:
1.) you do not need a publisher to publish your book.
2.) Self-published Ebooks DO sell and create that added income while you’re waiting for your print books to sell.
3.) Writing Ebooks help give you expert status.
4.) Your Ebooks are 100% profit.
5.) The more you promote and make you and your eBook visible, the more income you will make.
Writing Ebooks and selling them yourself without the middleman – the publisher – is a great way to make money. Turn that “starving writer” moniker into “successful writer” and start cranking out those Ebooks. Once you start, you’ll wonder why you never thought of this great way of bringing added income into your household before!

Consider this scenario: you have a list of products that you regularly sell, and each product has its specific packaging. The packaging tells people what your company name is, what the product is, and various details about the product—all the things you would expect to find on a package.
Now, changing this package is going to be kind of costly, because you already have everything set up to print off this specific design for the package. I think most companies are in a situation like this where they have the system in place to make sure that they get their packaging printed off as quickly as possible, and you can’t easily make even minor changes to the look of the package without having a huge hassle.
This is why when you do see changes to a package you usually see the same change being in place for months at a time, or perhaps even a permanent change to the package.
Then the problem comes along: you have a special offer that you want to include with your products, but you don’t want this offer to be on them for very long, and you weren’t aware you were going to do this special offer until so shortly before you implement it that you just don’t have change to alter the process of designing these packages.
So what do you do? This is where label printing can help you save quite a bit of money and get your special deal offer on your packaging much faster than you would otherwise be able to.
First off you can compare the costs of label printing to the amount it would take to alter your packages. Remember too that if you have multiple products that’s going to be multiple packages to alter, greatly increasing the costs, while you can get a single large printing done for your labels and have enough labels to cover all of them.
Furthermore you can make further use of the labels by putting them on other things as well. You might want to briefly put those labels on your business cards mentioning the special deal as well. Maybe you want to slap a label on all outgoing mail letting people know about the special. Without labels you would have to foot the bill for a whole lot more printing to accomplish all of this.
The only reason I mention this is because just recently I encountered a company that was actually going to change everything before I mentioned to a friend of mine working there they could just use labels. They honestly hadn’t thought about label printing, and once it was mentioned, they quickly change their plans. Be sure you know of all the options you have open to you before making any drastic changes. Often you’ll find a much easier solution right under your nose.

Here’s the thing. Andalucia is big. Really, really big – so big, in fact, that it’s got a little bit of everything. Everything from the majestic 3000 metre peaks of the Sierra Nevada that sweep their way down to a sparkling Mediterranean coastline, to the culture laden cities of Seville and Granada – whatever you like and whatever you look for on holiday there will certainly be something that makes Andalucia a real destination to remember.
You won’t be the first to experience its appeal, however. The Tartessians, Phoenicians, Carthagineans, Romans, Vandals, Visigoths and Moors all got there before you. And it’s a good thing they did because Andalucia is literally dripping with architectural jewels courtesy of its previous uninvited guests. The Moorish influence is apparent across the region – not just in the well-known spots such as Granada, but off the beaten track you are likely to stumble across some remnant of Spain’s multicultural past.
And therein lies the key to making the most of Andalucia. To truly experience this land of plenty you need to get off the beaten track. It’s one thing to stay in the safety of a beachfront complex, but it’s another thing altogether to base yourself in the real Andalucia. To experience the authentic flavour of centuries of multicultural culinary mixing, to understand the culture that shaped artists as diverse as Picasso and Velazquez, to taste the wine that us foreigners never get our hands on – you need to look a little further than the glossy holiday brochures. You need to really get out there and immerse yourself in the place!
Fortunately, finding a unique, one-off place to stay in the heart of Andalucia couldn’t be easier nowadays. Whether you’re looking for a mountain hideaway with goats in the garden, an olive farm with local ‘Costa’ wine on tap, or an apartment within the walls of a historic city – there will be something out there to suit your needs. Once you’ve found the spot, then Andalucia will do the rest. And when it does you will see why so many have come from so far so see it for themselves!

If you’re looking to invest in overseas property to rent out, and don’t know whether you should be buying a brand new apartment in a city, or a rambling farmhouse in the middle of nowhere, make sure you take the time to think about who your target market is. As tempting as it may be to buy a four or five bedroom house / villa in the belief that your weekly rental rate will be quite substantial, you might want to think again. Sometimes it is not so much the size of the fee as the regularity of its arrival that makes for a really successful holiday rental business.
There is an increasing demand for one bedroom places from young professionals without children who are escaping the rat race for some perfect relaxation on their holidays. Whether you purchase a secluded and romantic hideaway or a modern city apartment, you will find that the demand is there on a more steady basis – and it is this size of property which gives you regular bookings year-round.
Owners of small properties such as these are saying that their calendars are booked way in advance and that even if they own a two bedroom place, it is often booked by a couple, leaving one bedroom free. What is also particularly appealing about renting to a couple is that their dates are unlikely to be dictated by school holidays. So when most property owners are struggling to fill term time places in their three or four bedroom villas, you should be able to get business all year round. In fact, people who don’t have to take their holidays during school term time will be more inclined to pick other times of year when the flight prices and property rental prices are lower.
What are these couples looking for in their holiday? Well, each to their own, but it’s quite likely that they are seeking something romantic and private, whether it’s a city break or a rural retreat. So it’s worth ensuring that your property has all the added touches; that doesn’t mean you need infinity pools and butler service (although that would be great!) but it doesn’t cost much to leave a bottle of wine on the mantelpiece to greet them, a good stock of candles and a list of intimate local restaurants and bars. Perhaps there are some activities nearby that would also be ideal – horse riding off into the sunset, or some walking routes that lead to some really unspoilt scenery nearby.
These days the options for holiday homes are vast. There are thousands of self catering properties to choose from and to ensure good business you need to stand out from the crowd by concentrating on these extra finishing touches to ensure that your visitors’ holiday lives up to their expectations. So rather than assuming that bigger is always better don’t forget about the more intimate end of the market – because it is here that you may find the real secret to a successful holiday rental property.

Online gaming has spread its wings wide all over the Internet; but there is something about poker that makes you stay and learn the craft; it has earned its mainstay status in online gaming and online casino gaming. Being an online game enthusiast or developer for instance doesn’t guarantee you a good hand or wisdom to excel in the wily and cunning world that poker is perceived to be.
Some tips from seasoned and weather-tested online poker players have this to say for those who have just discovered the game, both online and offline:
Same as any battle, before you engage, try to size up your enemies and your own capabilities. Most losers in the game suffered the deluge of attacks because they joined in too early and unprepared. It pays to learn well the tricks and trade of the game before you take the plunge.
The second most common fault a poker beginner is more likely to commit is bluffing too much. Other players who have braved the tides in the game can easily point out some inconsistencies and patterns that might give away your real intentions or the hand you are dealt with. So the trick is to learn it one step at a time, and avoid bluffing too much.
On the other hand, to make sure that you don’t go beyond what you can dole out, set a specific amount for a bet limit; this will save you from a lifetime of unwanted credits, and lets you earn a good reputation with your fellow gamers.
Coupled with enough practice time, an online gamer’s interest in learning more of the trade will give him an edge later on. This mind-set will allow him to learn more than anybody does who plays without any interest in learning the craft through time. Any master in the game doesn’t have 100% foresight of what their hand will bring them; that surely means there’s always room for improvement.

Use of classical marketing techniques, in these circumstances, is inevitably partial and uneven.” The average advertiser often perceives himself or herself as a full-fledged “marketer.” This, too often, is far from reality. Any worthwhile company is going to know that they need to do a lot of research if they want to stay around for long. When it comes to the products you make, improving the products that you currently have, the commercial printing you focus on with your advertising, and the areas that you concentrate your marketing, you need to know what people think.
The whole point of your business is going to be to appeal to people to come and shop with you over the competition. If you don’t know what those very people think than how are you supposed to be able to know how to best pique their interest?
Research will be done, but the question becomes how do you interpret this research? There is no perfect form of research that will give you the best amount of information. If you’re using online polls than you’re going to have a limited amount of details you’ll be able to acquire.
If you choose a more informative path like focus groups or other forms of face-to-face interviews, you have to deal with the fact that many people won’t be giving you the most honest information. People don’t always know what they want, and that means they can’t honestly tell you what it is that they’re looking for.
Sometimes I have to see something before I’ll realize that it was what I had been looking for. This applies to most people in life I’d imagine, which means I can’t tell a company what style of commercial printing will best appeal to me or what product I’m looking for.
I might be aware that a certain product needs improving but I might not know how to improve it, so how am I supposed to give a suggestion about it?
This means you have to be able to appropriately interpret the data that you collect if you want to make any good use out of it. Try to read between the lines in order to figure out what it really is that people are looking for. Try to ask yourself if you were in their position what you would think of your products coupled with the information you have from your research.
It isn’t always easy figuring out what all of the data means. Sometimes people are going to have conflicting viewpoints and you’ll end up with hardly any really useful information, but even then, you might realize that the real solution is that people aren’t happy with the way things are and want to try something new.
Only you are going to really be able to tell how all of the information you have will impact your business, and what the best path will be. You just need to remember that you’re input is important as well, and all of the data is yours to figure out.

Start with a Plan
Designing your new bathroom can be a big undertaking so the key is good planning. How do you want it to look and feel? Traditional or modern? Classical or minimalist? Thankfully there are styles to suit all tastes and budgets. If budget is an issue, perhaps you’ll want to start prioritise by replacing items that show a little wear and tear such as the bath or toilet, or do a complete remodel. Either way you should draw a carefully thought out accurate plan of not only where everything will go but what style you want to run throughout the room. The latter is especially important if you are replacing items one or two at a time over a long period. A good starting point is to work around existing plumbing rather than creating new fixtures.
Shower Baths – make the most of your space
Even a small bathroom can accommodate a spacious bath, but you can give your bathroom more versatility with an added shower without the need for additional floor space. Shower units add an extra dimension to the daily cleanliness routine. A simple fitting by professionals or a DIY enthusiast of a bar valve, concealed or exposed shower above your bath can provide another choice of washing experience. Some baths are designed to be dual purpose with a shower end affording more space in which to turn and wash.
Shower Cubicles – add some style!
If your bathroom is larger, why not install a shower cubicle? Shower trays can occupy a floor space of between only 70 square centimetres and just over 1 square metre? Choose from either a corner quadrant design or square or a spacious rectangular depending on the size and shape of your bathroom. The shower cubicle itself comprises a floor standing shower tray typically made from stone resin which feels like ceramic to the touch, a shower enclosure constructed from toughened safety glass and stylish aluminium, and the shower unit itself. These vary in design, from traditional to contemporary. Many modern showers have anti-scald devices built in and are suitable for most water pressures and boilers, ensuring a perfect shower every time whether its that quick and purposeful morning shower or before that big night out, or a long invigorating indulgence.
Baths – customize and relax!
A long, relaxing soak in a bath can be time out from a hard day’s work. Luxuriate in a warm and cosy atmosphere by turning out the light and lighting a few candles and immerse yourself in hot, deep soothing water. Many baths are now made “undrilled” so you can choose the type of taps you feel will fit in with the kind of bathroom you want: traditional or modern. Aside from standard, large size and shaped baths, have you ever thought of installing a whirlpool bath? Coming in standard bath sizes a whirlpool bath has 6 to 8 built in jets that create a skin-tingling sensation. Your bathroom could be just like your own personal health resort!
Heated Towel Rails – space saving luxury
Once you’ve had your bath or shower the first thing reached for is a towel. A heated towel, rather than a cold towel, feels so much more snug and cosy than a cold towel straight from the cupboard or vanity unit. Usually wall-standing, heated towel rails are typically made from stylish chrome can hold at least a dozen towels and plumb directly into the central heating system. With a heated towel rail, think of all that extra storage space you’ll have in the airing cupboard!
Installation – DIY or professional
Although many bathroom items such as baths, showers and heated towel rails can be installed by the DIY enthusiast, it’s worth investigating professional help from plumbers and electricians or companies that specialise in complete bathroom fitting. Costs vary, so shop around.

No matter the size and shape of your bathroom, you can easily create an ideal space in which to pamper yourself and luxuriate in your bath or enjoy a refreshing, exhilarating shower. A well designed bathroom should be comfortable enough to spend quality time in as well as nip in and out of when you’re in a hurry. Either way it should be an enjoyable experience. A fresh new bathroom should accommodate all the family’s needs so think and plan ahead.
Bathroom Suites – Style and Comfort
Choosing a matching toilet unit and basin is a good start to creating any new bathroom. You’ll want continuity in your bathroom so matching lines and curves are important. Size and design of the toilet matters more than you might think. Bowl sizes and heights vary. If space is an issue a smaller radius bowl may be the answer, although many people find more comfort in an elongated bowl. For some, toilet bowls that sit higher than average might be more comfortable. Also look out for toilets that have soft close seats. These ensure the lid doesn’t slam down and damage the bowl. Your basin or sink unit should complement your new toilet. Choose from sleek, chic contemporary models to traditional Victorian styling. Modern basins come in space-saving mini versions, ideal for cloakrooms or smaller bathrooms. You will however, be limited to what kind of basin you can buy by the plumbing. If you like the design of a particular basin but it has only one tap hole for a mono basin mixer and you already have plumbing for two taps you will need to bring in a plumber to carry out alterations.
Taps – Refining Detail
Taps can be a fantastic way of adding some flair to your bathroom. The range is huge: minimalist, modern, classical, traditional, contemporary, luxury, economy. They really are the finishing touch to any bathroom and, whether brushed steel or sparkling chrome, carefully chosen taps will add distinctiveness and individuality. Remember to match your basin’s taps with those on your bath, and for a more uniform look and feel co-ordinate your bathroom with taps to match your shower. Something to consider when choosing taps is water pressure as it directly affects the amount of water the can pass through the tap. Check with your local water provider to determine your water pressure and choose your type of tap accordingly as some taps can only cope with low or high water pressures.
Bathroom Furniture – Built in Class
What is bathroom furniture? Well, imagine walking into a quality hotel en-suite bathroom to find a basin and toilet built into a stylish wall unit. “Vanity units” comprise a bathroom basin and cupboard space directly beneath. In other words, instead of a pedestal you can have a handy storage unit beneath your bathroom basin in which to store towels, shampoo or cosmetics. Ideally suited to the larger bathroom although not exclusively, some larger combination units encompass not only a basin but a toilet too, so because it is part of an enclosure the cistern is hidden. As well as being affordable, vanity units are an ideal space saving idea.
Bathroom Accessories – Define your Style
To complete your new bathroom there are some accessories that will add those finishing touches and finer details. How about a splash proof stainless steel mirror? No bathroom is complete without one and can be used for shaving or applying make-up. Be sure to buy a mirror that features concealed fixings. Better still, invest in a backlit mirror. Many bathrooms are poorly lit so a backlit mirror is the perfect friend when either shaving those finer areas or making up before a night out. Or you may choose a mirrored bathroom cabinet. Most bathroom cabinets can be fitted with minimal fuss, are slimline, and take up little space whilst affording room for those essential items.

If you found this article because you were trying to find out how to get your website to show up when your potential customers were looking for your product, I was right where you are now. Hopefully you aren’t spending $50,000.00 per month or more on Pay Per Click advertising like I was, but if so, I feel your pain.
When the internet went public, it was thought that this was going to be the way that the little company could compete on level footing with big companies.
But that wasn’t exactly true. Sure you can point to a few success stories. Very few. But that wasn’t what you found was it?
Those advertisements on television didn’t help either. You know the one where the people build a website, publish it and within seconds they are flooded with orders.
The reality was that you built your website and nothing happened. So you tried to get all your printed advertising to list your website. It took me a year to get all my Yellow Page advertising to point potential customers to my website. A year and $10,000 per month hoping that my ad would be in the phone book that most people would keep in most cities. Did you know that an average home in California gets more than Ten phone books every year?
It was discouraging to go to Yahoo and search for your website. Finding all kinds of websites listed before yours that have absolutely nothing to do with the products you offer. The results people were getting from Yahoo sucked so bad that people started looking for a different place to search and Google was born.
I was doing everything I could to promote my website. I was even looking for outside help. I found a lot of companies that would promise me number one ranking for all kinds of terms except the ones that I needed to be found under.
I hired agencies to help me with my website design using the “hidden” techniques to get my website to number one on the search engines.
I was lucky my website didn’t get completely banned because of the “help” I was getting.
If you are reading this and recognizing your own struggle in any of this let me start by saying, there is help.
There are credible people out there to help you get to the top of the Search Results for terms that would make a difference to your business.
What you need is help with your Search Optimization. Google just recently posted a guide of what it considers improper optimization techniques which should help you ask the right questions when you’re searching for help.
It can be done. I now have my website on page one of all the major Search Engines, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week and I don’t pay a dime for Pay Per Click anymore.

Web Design New York
There are many website design agencies in New York. They help to design all types of websites: e-commerce website, html website, flash website and many more. You just have to give them your requirements and they will come with custom website designing that suits your budget as well. Agencies involved in Web site designing in New York take care of the following main designing aspects:
Typography: Typography is an important part of Web design. Your content needs to be readable to your viewers for it to be of any use. Professional Web Designers always follow the principle ‘the easier the site to read, the better it is’. There are three very useful properties to enhance the readability of your site: font, line-height, and letter-spacing. Many effective Web pages use a small, pretty standard design with some low-key colors to help emphasize the content. This is a good use of design and color if your site fits in the “content is king” category and your content consists of articles, blogs and other forms of text.
Web graphics: Choosing the right pictures or images help in creating your online presence. Also optimizing image graphics on a web page is an important aspect of Website design. The pictures or images on the web page should be of high resolution but small in file size so as not to hamper the downloading speed of the web page. This is because users do not want to wait for long to download. That is the reason why it is taken as one of the important ranking criteria of the search engines.
Video Player Custom Design: If you want to incorporate a personal web video player on your website to gain the maximum viewer ship, professionals can help you in this regard as well. If you have a video to showcase, that can be easily added to your website. Even if you do not have any, they can help by filming a short corporate event or description of your product and using it in the personal web video player.
If you are looking for a professional who can help you with your Website design in New York. It not only helps in designing your website according to your needs but also maintaining it continuously so that it always remains updated with the relevant information.

Introduction
Innovative participation in essay writing is very useful and important. Writing process may be defined as collections of arbitrary signs that can represent all the words of the language to which they are applied. Limited writing process consisting of marks made for counting or identification goes back three thousand years. The evolution of full writing process has taken place only during the past five thousand years.
Discussion
Writing process has made possible the technological advances that have taken humanity from hunting, gathering, and simple farming to exploration of space. Before writing, human knowledge was confined by the limits of memory so the innovation and development is very important in writing process. No one wants to sound like an idiot and if one doesn’t know how to write then they stand a very good chance of sounding like an idiot on something important (Einstein 2005 95). Writing is the basis of communicating in modern world for new ideas and innovations in writing styles and ways. With the growing trend of email and the internet people are using writing more than ever. This is why it is imperative to know how to write well and communicate your ideas.
Writing is a wonderful tool for communicating with others and will be needed for whatever line of work a person chooses “Everyone in the world has to write, there are very few exceptions” (Einstein 2005 95). The idea of writing splits off into different directions when writers choose their purpose for writing. Some people write for a job such as a journalist and some write for fun and to express their feelings such as a poet. These two purposes for writing are very dissimilar from one another. When applying for a university or a job the applications almost always ask you to write something for them; so you need to be able to write well to distinguish your self from everyone you are competing with for the position (Einstein 2005 95).
This may be something the writer wants to write about or something that was assigned by a teacher or employer. The next step is brainstorming or prewriting as some tend to call it. The writer now focuses all his or her thoughts about the subject at hand and jots them down on a piece of paper. After that the writer starts to separate different ideas and thoughts about the topic and puts them into different groups which later become your different paragraphs. When this is finished the writer finally starts to conjure up a paper. Now this next step some people choose to exclude however the best writers tend to always make sure they include it if they have the time. This step is known as revision which is where writers go through their paper and modify it to enhance it (Hughes 2004 124). If you follow these steps carefully most of the time you will have a half decent paper.
Conclusion
Writing is more important than it has ever been in the advance world. With literacy rates being the highest they have ever been it is crucial that one knows how to write well to separate them from the rest of the world. People write in their careers more than they realize and don’t know how imperative it is to be able to write well.

Some of the finest landscapes painted in the past century have been views of golf courses – both by renowned artists and amateurs alike – in some cases chosen through an interest in the sport itself and, in others, simply for the beauty in the eye of the beholder. There can be few vistas as breathtaking as a well-designed set of links, and these golf pictures appeal even to the least sporting amongst us.
A golf picture can often grace the walls of the formal drawing room in a stately home or the living-room of a semi-detached family home with equal ease.
Of course an unoccupied landscape is one thing, golf pictures depicting famous or even unknown individuals are another matter. When asked, during a rare lull in the volume of the conversation at a recent drinks party, who the subject of a very fetching portrait occupying a large area above the sofa might be, the hostess laughed and said she had no idea who the gentleman may have been. Although her husband’s golf pictures were usually less anonymous, he had not minded that nobody seemed to know who this chap was, because anyone who had cultivated a moustache of such fabulous proportions deserved a place in posterity!
It was quite a moustache, admittedly, and the portrait was otherwise pleasing too – leaning on a wonderfully old-fashioned looking iron – a mashie, perhaps, or a niblick? – our hero, with one hand shielding his eyes from the glare of the sun, was gazing towards the spire of a typical English country village church while, just beyond the periphery of his gaze, a caddy dressed in the manner of an eighteenth-century lackey was gathering up the rest of his clubs and preparing to accompany his master to wherever the ball landed. Indeed, on closer scrutiny, one could just make out the golf ball as it flew towards a point some two hundred yards away from the front of the picture.
At the end of the same sofa was another striking item in a collection of framed golf pictures that served to make this home both handsome and memorable. Called ‘The Triumvirate’, this beautifully mounted and framed picture depicted three stars of British golf of the Edwardian Era. Painted by Clement Fowler in 1913, just before the outbreak of the first World War would change the face of Britain for ever, it shows one gentleman in plus-fours and knee socks, who has clearly just driven the ball with some energy towards an unseen point to the left of the picture. Two other gentlemen, one standing, the other seated, are gazing in the same direction and, far in the distant background, is the R & A clubhouse, establishing their whereabouts as the Old Course at St. Andrews.
One does not need to have any interest in the sport at all to enjoy such wonderful golf pictures, since they are like windows into a glorious past – and yet, as in few other sports, such scenes could still be enjoyed today, at golf courses all over the world, were it not for some major differences in clothing fashions!
As I was enjoying the latter picture, the hostess came by to top up my glass and I asked where she and her husband had come by such wonderful golf pictures as these. The chap with the moustache, she told me, had been acquired at auction as part of a group of sporting pictures.
The Triumvirate was, she told me, her latest birthday present to her spouse, ordered online, on the deserved recommendation of a friend. She had, she said, been able to choose the ideal mount and frame, pay for her purchase and get the computer closed down before her husband had time to notice that she wasn’t in her usual armchair, so that her gift came as a total and delightful surprise to him. Being very interested in acquiring similar golf pictures for my own living room, I managed to persuade her to divulge the source of this excellent choice of birthday gift.
The Lordprice Collection in London, England, at www.lordprice.co.uk, has a vast collection of framed pictures of vintage sporting subjects, and others such as classic fashion pictures. Unusual and interesting <a href=”http://www.lordprice.co.uk/golf.html”>golf pictures</a> can be found here to suit any room or environment.

All of us would love to make a little more money. Sometimes just a little to supplement an income can be a huge help. Today it is easier that you think to get a little extra cash in your bank accounts. Most of us today have our own personal websites. We can get them for free and use them as a method to keep others informed of what we are doing. You can actually turn your website into a way of making some extra cash for you. By placing some audio books on your site, you have the potential to earn some cash.
When people go onto your site, if they see an audio book that is interesting and purchase it, you receive what is known as a referral payment. Gradually your earnings will increase as your website gets viewed.
You’re not likely going to get rich with just your own personal website. However, it is a way to get started. There may come a time when you create another site and you can start turning this into money making venture as well. You could sign up for an affiliate program and make money through their ads. To do this well you need to think of an appropriate affiliate program that readers of your site would appreciate. For example, if you site is about pets, you may want to look for affiliates that work with pet supplies, pet food or veterinary services. Once you have a site up and running, you need to get a list of affiliate companies that will give you their advertising banners. There are loads of companies on the net that will help you. You can also get performance statistics on them as well. You will be able to track how much you will earn and how you will be paid.
Two companies that are incredibly popular are commission junction and link share. These will both help you find affiliates for your website. They have loads of good, accurate information available on what companies would be best and how well they perform. You will be asked for personal information so doesn’t be put off. This is necessary because they will be paying you commission money. You’ll be expected to give your social security number as well as take information. Once you sign up you will need to think about which programs to choose.
Commission junction has all of the information available on which companies pay which rates of commission. They also have information on how well and timely they make their payments. If a company is a shaky reputation, commission junction will know about it.
Another option is to sell audio books for your niche. Audio books have become very popular in the last few years. People enjoy the convenience of listening to books rather than reading them.

If you are looking to make a little more money then it is easy. Why not take the first step and turn you personal website into a way to make cash. Fill up those blank spaces with audio books and let the money roll in. you can always expand and create different websites. Internet marketing is great ways to help you earn money. You can start off small with your own site and then expand into other areas. Eventually, you could build your own affiliate business. Look into affiliate marketing. It could be quite lucrative.

Experience is just as much a commodity as any other item you might sell. Each time someone hires you out to perform a service for you what they’re really hiring is your expertise in your field.
Now, I’ve seen several different people who have made sure to focus on the years of experience they have when they get advertisements done, but most of this has to do with them saying they’re experienced rather than showing it. They’ll mention how many years they’ve been in business, which is good, but does that prove beyond any doubt that a person knows their job? Sorry, but I have met people before who have ample years under their belt and they still aren’t very good at what they do.
So what can you do? How can you prove you know what it takes to do your job?
Booklet printing is at least one of the solutions. A booklet provides you with the chance to explain what it is that you do and how you go about doing it. This allows you the time to just talk about yourself and let your experience shine through.
The main hitch is that the everyday person isn’t always going to want to bother with reading something like this. They’re busy and so they’re only going to be able to devote so much of their attention to something like an advertisement.
This just means you can’t use booklet printing for every situation. I’m not suggesting that you stop creating other advertisements talking about your experience in more general terms, but booklets do allow you to start creating a strong name for yourself.
Consider this: if you know of specific stores or areas your clients will likely go, see if you can have a stack of your booklets somewhere in the area. In the booklet just discuss some of the finer details of your industry in an educational way. Make sure that whoever is reading it will be able to learn something from you.
Now you’re making your name more prominent along with showing people that you know what you’re doing. When they’re casually looking around they’ll be more likely to take interest in your booklets, and because the booklet can actually teach them about something, you’ve given them a strong reason to read it.
You have to be a little more creative when it comes to advertising experience. Find places where you might be able to give speeches on your field, and once again have booklets ready to hand around when the speech is over.
It might not seem a lot like marketing when all you’re doing is telling people about your field, but what you’re really doing is showing them what you know, and proving you have a firm grasp of your profession. Sometimes that’s the best marketing you can do.
Kaye Z. Marks is an avid writer and follower of the developments in the booklet printing industry and how these improvements benefit small to medium scale businesses.

It’s no secret that JVs (joint ventures) and cross promotions are one of the most productive ways to make high volumes of sales on the Internet. Today I want to talk about why they work so well, and how you can make the most of them to explode your online income.
Traditionally, JVs are most common between two people who have created a product and are selling it online. But that needn’t be the case and I will tell you shortly of a way in which you can get all the benefits, traffic and sales of a JV without even having a product of your own.
But first let’s look at the principals of it:
What actually happens in a JV cross-promotion?
Websites promote other websites for two main reasons:
1. To earn income from commission sales.
2. To pay, or earn, favors.
The first of these you might expect the second is more intricate.
You see, when you’re running an online business, your options and your growth are restricted if you try doing it all on your own. Sure, there’s pay-per-click advertising, article marketing, traffic exchangers, and a variety of ways you can draw traffic to your site by paying for it.
But nothing beats personal recommendation.
Its human nature: We all prefer to buy through personal recommendation than by enticing advertisements.
And JV’s or cross-promotions are all about personal recommendation.
The only thing is – as every super-affiliate knows – even if you’re offering attractive commission rates; the site that’s getting promoted always gets more out of the deal than the JV partner who’s doing the promoting. Look at this comparison:
The site being promoted gets:
1. Lots of new list members
2. Lots of Sales
3. Lots of recognition
Which would you rather?
Can you see now why the benefit isn’t split evenly in a JV deal?
This is one of the reasons why it is more difficult than many people think to get JV partners promoting for you.
No matter how attractive your commission percentages are, you will always be getting more out of the deal than your JV partner. Especially if you’re landing page is a list-building squeeze page.
You could use a new and refreshingly different kind of site, using a web server script that gives you a complete solution for building a list and a business online. One of its features is that it turns the above JV example on its head to provide more of a win-win for both parties. Here’s what you can do with it: As a list builder, for more detail visit www.easy-jv-manager.com you can offer a squeeze page for your JV partner to promote. Soy has become so popular because of the industry advertising. It started me off as a believer! There was considerable research done in 1966 about the harmful substances within the soybeans. And now, it’s claimed to be the “miracle” food.
The truth is that it’s a multi-billion dollar business!
Production of soybeans in the U.S. is 40 times more now than it was starting in the 20th century. First it’s made for animal feed and then manufactured into soy oil, vegetable oil, margarine, and shortening.
Why has the soy industry concentrated on finding alternative uses and new markets for soybeans? Because it’s cheap and very profitable. It’s disguised in everything from hamburgers, hot dogs, baby formula, flour, and much more. It’s often marketed as low-fat, dairy free, or as a high protein meat substitute for vegetarians. The soy derivatives you need to look for are textured vegetable protein (TVP), partially hydrogenated soybean, soy protein isolate (SPI) hydrolyzed vegetable protein (HVP).
One of the dangerous substances in the soybean is phytic acid, also called phytates. These acids block the body of essential minerals like calcium, magnesium, iron and especially zinc. But, you never hear about that.
Read the labels very carefully – and you will be amazed at the soy contents in snack foods, fast foods, and pre-packaged frozen meals. It’s also in canned tuna! Why you need soy in tuna is a mystery to me.
Soy Serves Up Healthy Benefits will get your attention. They say soy foods are a source of high-quality protein that provides health benefits that may help to prevent or treat certain chronic diseases. This is definitely not so for someone with a severe allergy to soy – like me. I bring this to your attention because even though you may not be allergic to soy, it makes sense to me to look for healthier alternatives.
They claim soy foods contain less calories and fat grams making weight loss easier, and can reverse child obesity because soy foods provide critical vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein – the opposite is true. Kid friendly foods like soymilk, frozen pizza, taco-style meant and chicken-style nuggets. Really? This doesn’t sound like a healthy diet to me.
They claim that because they are filled with bone-building and heart-healthy soy protein, they reduce overall calories and fat grams. If this is true, how come I gained weight with my active lifestyle? And what about women who are in their forties that start gaining weight? I believe it’s because of the all the soy products that they are consuming. And, they could possibly be developing thyroid disease and not know it. Don’t believe what you hear about women going through menopause. It didn’t reduce my “hot flashes”, lower my cholesterol, decrease my risk for heart disease, or osteoporosis. What soy did do was slowly but surely, killing me! And, I thought I was following a healthy diet with all the soy I consumed.
When it comes to fad diets they claim soy foods help promote healthier eating habits with low carb diets. They say many soy foods are naturally low in fat and saturated fat, while being high in heart-healthy protein. The example they use is a soy veggie burger provides 12 grams of soy protein with 5 grams of fat, 1 gram of saturated fat and just 3 grams of net carbs. That soy veggie burger is what landed me in the hospital…my body said “enough all already!” It took four days in the intensive care unit for me to get the “wake-up” call.
Everyone knows their own bodies. If you are not feeling like yourself lately, try to eliminate
soy products – I bet you will start feeling like your old self again!

Every business started for a reason and every business did so because they felt they could offer people something that no other company was able to. When a company first starts out they’re more likely to keep that idea close to them. Everything they do will likely be centered around this very idea.
But the longer a company exists the further they start to drift from that idea. I’ve talked to people from companies before where I quite literally asked them what it was that their company could do that no one else could, and they just gave me a blank stare.
This is and always should be your chief selling point. Now, this isn’t always going to remain exactly the same as it did when you first started your company. For one thing if you happen to originally offer something that no other company does, but once you’re successful, you get a lot of other people following your lead, you have to change what makes you unique.
The very first company to get catalog printing done and send them right to a person’s home had the benefit of saying that they offered people a level of convenience that no one else could. The very idea of being able to shop right from your home was unique and immediately grab a person’s attention, leading to a great selling point for those first few companies.
Catalog printing is hardly a rare thing now, and if that’s all you have going for you than you aren’t likely to get a lot of interest. Those companies had to eventually alter their key selling point by improving on their catalogs rather than just keep focusing on the exact same thing.
This was no different when the internet became mainstream and stores began opening up cyber counterparts to their actual locations. This in and of itself was their selling point initially, while now it has become a given that stores will certainly have an online version.
All of this means that a selling point needs to evolve. But for it to evolve you first have to know what it is that you’re evolving from, which is why it’s so important to know what your stores strength is at all times.
The best way to keep track of this is to be sure that every marketing push is centered on your selling point, and that when you do alter this selling point, you’re still taking into account what the first selling point was. Let’s use that first example of catalog printing.
Because innovation and convenience was part of the first selling point for those first catalogs the natural way to improve this would be to find some new way to alter the catalog that made them easier for people, which was what quickly happened.
Figure out the best way to improve upon your selling point, and never forget what makes your company unique.

Though far less common than in women, men’s breast cancer is possible. According to the American Cancer Society, over 2000 men are diagnosed with breast cancer each year, meaning men account for approximately 1% of all breast cancer cases diagnosed nationally. To gain more understanding about this lesser known male disease, take a look below.
Male Breast Cancer Symptoms
Typically, any changes in tissue growth or bumps in men are usually benign (non-cancerous). However, that doesn’t mean men should feel comfortable in ignoring it.
The most common symptoms of breast cancer in men are actually quite similar to the symptoms for women. These include nipple inversion, detecting a lump, unexplained tissue growth, change in breast size, skin puckering or dimpling, nipple discharge, itchiness or redness.
Men generally have less breast tissue than women, making it much easier to detect lumps. However, this also means the cancer can spread to other parts of the body more quickly than in women. This is why early detection is so critical for men.
Risk Factors for Men’s Breast Cancer
Elder Age
Most men diagnosed with male breast cancer are between the ages of 60 and 70.
Genealogy
Approximately 20 percent of men with breast cancer have one or more close family members who have or have had the disease.
Exposure to Radiation
Radiation exposure to the chest (for example, past treatment for lung cancer) can be a risk factor for the development of male breast cancer.
History of Liver Diseases
Because the liver helps to regulate hormone levels, many men who have endured a liver disease have hormonal problems such as lower levels of androgens. This puts them at an increased risk for developing breast cancer or gynecomastia (benign tissue growth).
Estrogen Therapy
Often men who are being treated for prostate cancer are put on estrogen treatments to help control the disease. These men may be at a higher risk for developing breast cancer. That said, the American Cancer Society says those risks are small and worth the benefits of improved health for prostate cancer patients.
Klinefelter’s
Klinefelter’s Syndrome occurs at birth when a man is born with two or more X (female) chromosomes. Typically, men have one Y chromosome and one X chromosome.
Men with this syndrome generally have lower levels of androgens and higher levels of estrogen and are therefore at a greater risk for developing male breast cancer.
Treating Breast Cancer in Men
Methods for treating men’s breast cancer include surgical removal of the tumor and any cancerous cells, chemo, radiation therapy, hormone therapy or a combination of all these treatments.
The survival rates for men with breast cancer often depend on the stage of the disease but range from 96% for stage I diagnosis to 24% for a stage IV diagnosis.

Color can have a profound impact on your prospective buyers. The wrong colors can negatively impact your sales, while the right colors can trigger positive emotions motivating your visitors to buy from you.
Color can affect how we feel and influence what we think. In general, bright bold colors tend to stir us up, while the softer pastel colors calm and relax us. Responses to colors can vary by age, gender and cultural background.
Colors will affect how a potential buyer reacts to your e-book. Carefully select your color scheme for your e-book cover or go to here are some guidelines to help you make good color choices. Bear in mind that these are guidelines, and that there are no hard and fast rules. Just use common sense.
Consider your audience. For example, if your e-book primarily targets men, then you will want to use strong, bold colors. If your target audience is women, then choose soft, pastel colors. If your focus is on children, choose bright, vibrant colors.
Choose colors that are appropriate for your book’s topic. For example, green may work well for books about starting a home business, making money, and reducing debt.
Use colors that match or complement the color scheme of your web site.
Keep the number of colors down to two or three, and no more. This does not include photographs which can have a whole range of colors.
When using photographs on your e-book cover, use colors that complement the primary color in the picture.
Make sure that all of the colors you use work well together and do not clash.
Communicate your message with easy-to-read text. Use colors for your text that contrast with the background color so your text is readable. For example, a dark font on a light background is easy to read.
Consider the mood you want to create. Remember that emotions trigger sales. People buy what they want – not what they need. The list below will show you how colors can affect us in different ways.

Gastroenteritis is simply a medical term for inflammation of the stomach and intestines, usually due to food poisoning or a viral illness.
It is very common and the usual symptoms include loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, tummy pain and diarrhoea. The illness usually lasts two to three days, after which the sufferer usually recovers without any specific treatment other than the need to replace fluids and minerals.
Gastroenteritis Causes
Gastroenteritis has many causes. Viruses and bacteria are the most common.
Viruses and bacteria are very contagious and can spread through contaminated food or water. In up to 50% of diarrheal outbreaks, no specific agent is found. Improper handwashing following a bowel movement or handling a diaper can spread the disease from person to person.
Caliciviruses cause infection in persons of all ages. This family of viruses is further divided into the noroviruses (example, Norwalk virus) and the sapoviruses (example, Sapporo virus). Caliciviruses are transmitted from person to person and also through contaminated water or food–especially oysters from contaminated waters. The noroviruses are often responsible for epidemics of viral gastroenteritis. In addition to vomiting and diarrhea, people infected with caliciviruses may have muscle aches. The symptoms appear within 1 to 3 days of exposure.
Signs and symptoms of gastroenteritis
Dehydration, including excessive thirst, weakness, lightheadedness, decreased frequency of urination, dry mouth or lack of tears in infants
Low levels of potassium in the blood (hypokalemia)
Crampy pains in the abdomen (tummy) are common. Pains may ease for a while each time some diarrhoea is passed.
How is gastroenteritis diagnosed?
The doctor will take a medical history to make sure that nothing else is causing the symptoms. Also, the doctor might perform a rectal or abdominal examination to exclude the possibilities of inflammatory bowel disease (e.g., Crohn’s disease) and pelvic abscesses (pockets of pus). A stool culture (a laboratory test to identify bacteria and other organisms from a sample of feces) can be used to determine the specific virus or germ that is causing gastroenteritis.
Treatment of Gastroenteritis
The most important aspect of self-treatment for gastroenteritis is the consumption of fluids. Repeated bouts of diarrhoea and vomiting can deplete the body of its natural fluid levels and lead to more serious symptoms. Plus, adequate fluid intake can help stabilise electrolyte levels, which can help decrease the frequency of vomiting and nausea. Although you will need to increase your fluid intake you do not want to choose just any fluids. Colas, coffee, teas, alcohol, fruit juices, and creamy soups are not appropriate choices. These liquids can contain caffeine (which is a natural diuretic), and too much sugar.
There’s no cure for gastroenteritis, but symptoms usually go away in a day or two. The important thing is to keep well hydrated, since you’re losing fluids. Adults benefit from sports drinks, oral rehydration solutions, and carbonated soft drinks – not the diet versions. A doctor will usually recommend that children under the age of five use oral rehydration solutions available at pharmacies.
